Review: This movie has it all! That's not necessarily a good thing.

Despite the nudity, I thought this movie was pretty funny. I laughed throughout the entire thing! It's nice to unwind with a film like this. Several of the movie's strong points were the exquisite animation. The animation at every corner was incredibly smooth, well-drawn and absolutely beautiful. It was also, as I said, very funny. It's comical in a way that I have not seen before in subbed anime videos. But it lacks many, MANY things as well. I'm a brainy person, but sometimes I like not-so-brainy movies, like this one. The plot was pretty lame, and it seemed that the movie didn't give you adequate time to introduce some of the characters. One of the worst parts, in my opinion, may have been when the characters got lost in some "techno-babble." The music wasn't spectacular either. Thank goodness this movie caught me in a good mood otherwise I would rip it to shreds (see my review for Poltergeist Report-Yu Yu Hakusho). Well anyway...some people will like it, and some won't. But I thought it was a pretty good "B" anime movie to waste time with. I definitely would NOT recommend this to anybody who is not experienced with anime, though.~Oracle~the Guardian of Angel~

Summary: Bad Movie? You're Soaking In It
Review: Ugh. This mishmash of fan service, horrible English voice-acting (for you people who do dubs rather than subs), and an all-around headache-inducing plot is, at best, worth a rental. Don't buy it. It crams a plot that would have been better done over the course of two hours into 45 minutes, and as a result details like character development and plot coherency fall by the wayside.

If you like cheese by the way of fan service (Satoshi Urushihara really loves the female form) ... /still/ only rent this one. You'll be seriously peeved off unless you're looking to vidcap the bath scene about 25 minutes in to death.
