Summary: No anime collection should be without this title
Review: The popular videogame series explodes onto the screen with fast action, killer soundtrack, and stunning visuals. This is the third of the Fatal Fury anime series and suprisingly you don't need to watch the first two to understand what's going on(although it wouldn't hurt). I would recommend it to anyone who loves fast paced anime, they even throw in some love themes for you wusses out there(no not pornos). I would recommend buying the box set with all three movies but if you just want to watch one or if you are too poor, buy only this one as it stands very well by itself. Superb animation combined with good dubbing and a soundtrack that you will be humming on your way to work(the ending theme "Oh Angel" fits perfectly with the last scene). What are you waiting for, hurry up and get this masterpiece.

Summary: Great Movie
Review: I loved this movie. It's a great anime. The fighting is cool and the music is great. The dvd's picture was a little jumpy at points, but besides that, it was great. "Terry Bogard"

Summary: Excelent plot for a fighting game based movie.
Review: Masabi Obari really shows a huge improvement on this film. Based on the game Fatal Fury Special, they introduce a plot where Terry and his friends decides to help a young lady to stop his evil twin broder from collecting the "armor of mars". He eventually manages to collect all the pieces. Now Terry and his friends must face him as a god. END

Summary: Stylish and daringly told, Fatal Fury: The Motion Picture is
Review: Director: Masami Obari Cast: (Japanese Animation) Decendant of a higher power, Laucorn Gaudamas, in desperate circumstances searches the globe for six pieces to the Armor of Mars, which will transform him into the most powerful being on earth. Enter street fighter icon Terry Bogard and company (along with Laucorn's beautiful teenage twin-sister Sulia) to bring an end to his madness. Obari's theatrical debut is large on style and innovative character development that is rarely seen in film. Compelling, off the wall, and in many cases powerful, the merger between electronic gaming and Japanese animation is expressed in acceptable finese. One of the greatest animated spectacles ever concieved, and the best electronic game to movie translation to date. Only it's slight hokiness may have most skeptics turn their heads. Not Rated, contains violence and adult situations. END

Summary: Power Geyser!
Review: I'm not going to rehash the plot synopsis so I'll get straight to the point. This is my favorite out of the Fatal Fury movies and ranks as one of my favorite animes of all time. This series did what almost no other video game OVAs have done (barring the Street Fighter 2 animated movie). They actually made you care about the characters and possibly love them even more than their game counterparts. Terry Bogard is my fighting game hero and he was made even greater when I watched this series years ago on VHS and the Sci-Fi Channel. Joe Higashi proves to be much more than a goofball as he dispenses advice to Terry about love over a glass of whiskey. Mai and her lovable "twins" are also very entertaining. If you consider yourself any sort of anime fan you will watch this movie, and that goes double if you've played and loved the games.

Summary: A Masterpiece
Review: I will be honest, I first saw this movie when I was about 12 (maybe a bit older or a bit younger). IT was the best anime I had ever seen, this and SF2 animated movie (Eva is also up there). I remember it made me cry, Terry is just an amazing character, and so are the rest, including his love interest in this one (even in the older movie it was sad too!). Its amazing..go get it.

Summary: IF only Hollywood could be this good
Review: It is pretty much a solid fact that most Video Game movies tend to suck. Even in the Anime world there are some that are at best Mediocre, however despite some criticism this is truely one of the better action Anime videos available, as well as Video Game inspired.

The story is that Terry Bogard, Andy Bogard, Joe Higashi, and Mai get recruited by this frightend girl Sulia to stop her Brother Lalcorn from gathering the armor of Goddamous, and ancient God back in the Days of Alexander the Great. Throughout the movie they search for clues as other Warriors get taken out in the meantime. Eventually the four of the Square off against Lalcorn and his Henchmen in an action packed finally.

This movie did what hollywood could not, capture the essence of the video game inside the movie and create an incredible story around it. To date from my personal viewing the only other Anime series to date that has done this task was Street Fighter 2V. If you are just getting into Anime, or an Action Anime fan than this is a title to check into.

Summary: Awsome anime
Review: When I first got this movie I had thought I was some kind of sequel to Street Fighter but I was wrong. Fatal Fury was 1 of the best I've seen. This is my second best anime next to the Street FighterII series. Kids who can't really watch a PG-13 movie or R I suggest you shouldn't watch this because there are some blood and gore scenes and a hott shower scene. I hope this was helpful. ...

Summary: So great its undescribable
Review: I caught this on the sci-fi channel a while back, and I got a nice surprise with this movie. It started off slow kind of, but it evolved into one of the best animes I've ever seen, and considering all the other mediocre anime titles inspired from video games (Street Fighter, Tekken, Toshinden), you will absolutely love this. I've never been a fan of SNK video games honestly, but I really liked this, so this proves you don't need to be a fan of the Fatal Fury, King of Fighters, or any of the other SNK games to enjoy this. This is one of the best fast action animes I've ever seen, and this is strongly recommended to any anime fan, if you were disappointed with Street Fighter and Tekken, you'll dig this, guaranteed.
