Rating: Summary: Very Well Done Anime Review: I really liked Cat Girl Nuku Nuku. The story was cool but I think that it is time that they finally dub the video. The mature audiences only warning on the side is uneeded. The story does have a very pretty and giddy lead, and she is interesting to watch. I think that this video is ok for anyone above the age of say 13, and is just good old action fun.

Rating: Summary: My favorite anime Review: Nuku Nuku is my favorite anime. It is the story of a high school android girl who has a cats brain. It is a very funny comedy that deals with a custody battle between a mother and a father over their son. The first episodes is about the creation of Nuku Nuku and Nuku Nuku going to high school for the first time, the second episode is about Nuku Nuku going to the beach. Don't miss this anime.
Rating: Summary: Cats, warmth and humor, Robots, and Senseless Violence! Review: NukuNuku is a charming high school girl with a childish but sincere attitude, long, pink hair, large eyes, and the mind of a cat! The first video explains how NukuNuku came to be, as well as the daily problems that she has to deal with. She would love to simply attend school, and sunbathe while munching something good. Unfortunately, her "papa-san's" wife has other ideas. Furious at her husband for leaving his job at Mishima heavy Inudstries (a supplier of violent, war machines and lethal robots), she will stop at nothing to reclaim her son, Ryunoske(sp?), who her husband took with him when he left, fearing that a life among war toys was no way for a boy to grow up. NukuNuku refers to herself as the product of Papa-san and Ryunoske's love, and is the perfect big sister, caretaker, and defender. . .even if she does have a slight tendency to level all the buildings in the area when she fights. The series is in Japanese, but it's still worth watching. Some of the lines are priceless! "But dad, what about NukuNuku?" "Never mind NukuNuku, she has to be punished for destroying the city."
Rating: Summary: Genius, pure Genius. Review: Ok, maybe I'm exaggerating, but this one of the best anime I have ever seen! V3 is the best of the series and anyone who even has the slightest interest in anime should get it. I became an addict after I saw this!
Rating: Summary: Heartwarming but a little sleazy in some places Review: Once upon a time, there is a very brainy scientist who runs away with his young son. And there is a lady villain who sends her faithful female spies after her young son. Somehow a very cuddly cat gets caught up in the very middle and unfortunately loses its life - much to the tear-stricken grief of the young son. So his loving dad takes the poor kitty's brain and builds an android to house it. Thus Nuku The Cat Girl is born in the form of a very nubile young high-school girl with long, flowing medicine-pink hair and superhero powers to ward off the stubbornly determined young women assisted to destroy her and take the innocent little boy back to his rightful mother. Very hilarious and action-packed as well as a truly touching portrait of a family which had long ago broken up, yet tenderly held together by our young heroine the sweet, protective Nuku. But it is also still another pubescent excuse to check out the sexy, superperfect body of a fantasy babe like Nuku as a part of the usual peddling from good ol' Japanese animation.
Rating: Summary: Purrfect for anime fans Review: One Day, Ryunosuke is out with his father when he finds a cat and asks his father if he can keep it. Kyusaku (dad) can hardly say no before they are attacked by a hi tech helicopter. They take off, and the chase is on. By the time the chase is over and their car is wrecked, Ryunosuke and Kyusaku are okay, but the cat.....is dead. It then cuts into the main story. Kyusaku is a genius scientist, by the way. He ends up putting the cat's brain into a female android body! Oh and the antics that ensue. The story is centered around Ryunosuke, his father, Nuku Nuku (the cat girl), Akiko (their rival, and Kyusaku's WIFE), and Akiko's gun crazy employees. Nuku Nuku is so loveable, but for some reason, everyone wants to kill her! This six episode DVD encompasses the entire story. It is action packed and hilarious, but still touching in many moments. My only complaint is that I wish there was more. There are pretty good extras like an image gallery and trailers. The picture is pretty good ( as good as it can be for a slightly older animation), with good sound. I recommend this to anime fans in general, unless you are very stuck in your particular genre.

Rating: Summary: Nuku Nuku: A one-of-a-kind Must-Buy!!! Review: The inventor, Kyusaku Natsume, is escaping from his wife, the ruthless Lady Akiko Mishima, with both their son and the NK-1124 android. During their escape, while they are being chased by the Lady's elite team of Office Ladies, armed with the best from the military products division of her company, a cat is killed. Next thing you know, Kyusaku and son and new DAUGHTER (the android with the cat's brain inside) are living together, trying to have a normal life. That is, until Lady Akiko Mishima and her female warriors find them again! While funny, sometimes down right silly, there are sometimes very mature, even beautiful, moments between the members of this wacko family. The relationships between father and son, father and wife, and even the relationship between the family and Nuku-Nuku become part of the story, sometimes in the background and sometimes in the foreground. The six episodes, with the very modern looking menus and the extras, make it worth buying IF you can get it for a low-low price (as in used).
