Summary: Another review that may help you decide
Review: ----------------------------------------------------------------

This is the thrid dvd of the Heat Collection Series. It has 6 episodes.

This DVD offers a little change of pace: The return of the "BRAT", Reeni. (Sailor Mini-Moon) Adding a somewhat comical aspect to the adventures of more heart-snatcher fighting episodes, it does liven things up a little.

Another big addition to this DVD are the rather cool transformation scenes of Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune, and the story on how they met, and how they became to be the Sailor Scouts.

Eugeal is now in charge, the team leader of the Witches 5, Bureau of Bad Behavior, who does the actual heart-snatching with her gun and rather using the diamond pods (the monsters that are created from the different objects) as her body guards. Like the usual, her plans get foiled episode after episode.

This DVD gets a 5-star rating: The continually insignificant roles of the other four Sailor Scouts are made up by the added transformation scenes and background stories from the new Sailor Soldiers, and the return of the pink haired Reeni.

Summary: She's Back, and she's Ready to colour your world Sugar Pink
Review: Add one 1/4 cup of Gold Fish scooping, 1/8 a cup of Michiru's and Haruka's Charm and Grace, 1/8 a cup of Euguel's Mischief, 2/4 Usagi's Clumsiness and table spoon of Pink Sugar and Mix well... And what do you Get? Sailor Moon S - Heart Collection III
And while your Mixing why don't you have a cup of green tea or a glass of Wine *oops I mean Juice* to help wash done the tears of laugher you will be having while your watching this DVD...

Since Chibiusa's appearance at the Komono festival, the girls are not only busy studing for exams, and kicking some Evil Butts but also stuck with Baby Sitting the Most Junior Member of the Sailor Scouts... And Sailor Mini-Moon is ready and willing to fight for Love and Justice, if only her attack would work straight away..

But that's not the end of the Fun with The Girls Being Invited to a Ball, the Down side is that they would have to speak English which Usagi finds really troubling.
We Find out how Michiru and Hakura meet, and how Hakura became Sailor Uranus.
Chibiusa takes art classes to be near a boy she likes, trouble is He likes Michiru and Chibiusa isn't giving him out without a fight.
Mako-Chan goes away to train to gain more power so that she can kick the Bad Guys Bums Harder, But the rest of the Sailor Scouts aren't far away to give Mako-Chan Support (and so Usagi can take advantage of the location to visit Mamoru at work, But her Plans are foiled by Luna and Euguel isn't far away).
Chibiusa wishes to be friends with a Master of Tea Ceremonies and become his Apprentice, But Euguel has other Plans in Mind.
And Let me Not Forget the Fun of the Komono Festival with the girls looking after the Gold Fish Scooping Booth while Rei tries to help a Drummer with her stage fright, But the Bad Guys always have to gate crash a good time don't they.

I really Loved this DVD.. I paid $50 Australian Dollars for this DVD and it was worth every cent.. But for older viewers watch the Subbed version, with the Toonami version it has been altered drastically for the younger viewers so it doesn't have anything which would offend... Although there is nothing offence on the Subbed Version which will ruin their young minds..

Summary: Sailor Moon S Series DVDs - Good overall
Review: For those of you who don't know, Sailor Moon is an anime series about a group of girls with the ability to transform into warriors so that they can battle the forces of evil. It sounds like something that's been done to death, but this series pulls it off nicely. Each episode of the series contains a good deal of dramatic action, with some comedy thrown in to make the series a bit more appealing. Originally it was intended for pre-teenage girls in Japan, but it has drawn in fans from many age groups and nationalities. The series began airing in America as early as 1995, but the episodes were horribly edited, and the dialogue was butchered. The poor time slot didn't help things ever, and eventually it vanished without a trace, until it was picked up by the Cartoon Network, which aired several new episodes, but these suffered the same flaws as their early North American predecessors. But at long last, Pioneer has created the solution to the problem - DVDs of the series, in all their original uncut glory. And what better place to start releasing DVDs than the S Saga, which was by far the best set of episodes?

Now on to the DVD itself. You get 6 episodes, which you can view in English or Japanese (if you choose the latter, subtitles have been provided.) There are also some minor extras, such as a gallery with info on Sailor Chibi Moon. In the episodes, they even left in the eyecatcher sequences! Unfortunately, these DVDs have some flaws. First and foremost, lack of extras. These character galleries are pretty cool, but I would've liked to see something like interviews with people who worked on the series. In addition, the next episode previews are not here (though oddly enough, the daily episode previews are.)

Overall this is an excellent DVD release for an excellent anime series. Contrary to popular belief, THIS DVD IS NOT OVERPRICED. It is slightly longer than most standard episode DVDs, so the slght price increase shouldn't be a problem. Fans of the original uncut Sailor Moon series, I strongly recommend you buy this.

Summary: SAILOR MOON IS THE BEST! ...
Review: hello everyone out there! this is a great DVD!! i hate the english dub, but the original japanese version is great! this is a couple of really funny episodes. it also shows the return of my favorite character (i also love Galaxia and Seiya.)Chibi-usa. (or Rini for you dub lovers -.-) the yoma's and some of the people are weird, but it just makes it funnier! ^_^

Summary: Sailor Moon S Heart Collection lll Review
Review: Hey, it's me again reviewing your Heart Collection DVDs!

As it is apparent in the cover of this third exciting disc, I think it's safe to say it's NOT a spoiler that the kawaii (cute) little brat named Rini is returning to the series, and is making her cameo in this plot as Sailor Chibi Moon (Mini Moon for you dub lovers).

The series takes a chill pill from the dramatic threats of society to focus a little on Rini's return. Have fun! I'm sure this disc was meant to do so.

Although nothing big happens now, you'll take a little trip down memory lane and visit a chunk of Haruka/Amara's past, so there are only a couple dramatic moments in the disc.
This disc is great! It's smooth all around. It isn't bombarded with many climatic parts (not that it's a good or bad thing), and pertains to Chibi Moon, as it should be in the menus and extras. Pioneer repents and let's you view the original opening in the extras.

Even though it's VERY pink...I give it five stars! I love it. Got it back in April - still love it! I know you will too! Don't wait. You need excessive episodes of Sailor Moon to survive!

Summary: Make SURE you watch the one with SUBTITLES!!
Review: I know most of you have heard this a million times, but do NOT (I reapeat, DO NOT) WATCH THE DUBBED VERSION OF THIS SERIES ON THIS DVD!!! "Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon" is an amazing series and the way that the dub chewed it up and spit it out is just appalling. Unfitting names replaced the original ones, characters were totally changed, and don't evn get me STARTED on the voices. I have to admit though, the dub is what got me hooked on BSS in the first place, but once I started to see the truth, I was very angry that I had started out liking BSS because of THAT monstrosity. Also, children in Japan must be ten times more mature than children in America, seeing as how Ameircan children can't even handle a litlle bit of homosexuality. I mean, when Usagi and Mamoru kiss, do THEY cut it out? Of course not, because a BOY and a GIRL kissing is "natural," but a GIRL and a GIRL kissing isn't. All I have to say about that is, "YUCK!" (BTW, Haruka and Michiru don't even KISS in the original; that picture of them on the inside cover was just that: a PICTURE. I don't know why they never kissed, they just didn't.) So, for all of you poor souls out there (including myself) who have had your minds poisoned by the dub, I hope you can make it past the trauma you've suffered and move on to the true, much better version of our beloved "Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon."

Summary: Hybrid DVDs do exist!
Review: I've purchased this DVD. I watched it the time first subtitled and uncut. The changes aren't devastating. In fact they're tolerable. The english episodes aren't exactly uncut. Because I watched the dubbed version with subtitles and the dialogue is only changed concerning Haruka and Michiru. Other than that you kill to birds with one stone. You have the Dub for the kiddies and the subtitles for a mature individual. No need to buy the VHS tapes. You have the Toonami version and Japanese version rolled into a Hybrid DVD.

Summary: I Loved This!!!
Review: If you're a true moonie, you'll love this DVD. The first episode is when the Kimono Festival is in town and Chibi-usa is sent back the 20th century by her mother, Queen Serenity. Also, now she is Sailor Chibi Moon. The second episode is when Haruka & Michiru invite Mamoru, Usagi, and Chibi-usa to a tea ceremony. The evil heartsnatchers are after the tea ceremony performer's pure heart, but luckily, it wasn't a talisman. Sailor Moon & Sailor Chibi Moon destroy the daimohn, IN THE NAME OF THE MOON! The ending is very funny. The third episode is when Makoto feels she needs more power, so she goes to a martial arts class in the mountains. The target is her instuctor. In the end Makoto learns that her & the scouts need to fight together to win. In the fourth episode, Haruka remembers the days when she wasn't Sailor Uranus and wanted to escape her destiny. (If you love Uranus & Neptune, watch this episode in Japanese.) It goes back in time to how she met Michiru, and how their relationship was started. In the end she knows that she just had to accept her destiny, as a Sailor Senshi. (They finally show Sailor Uranus & Sailor Neptune's henshin.) In the fifth episode Chibi-usa gets a crush on a boy named Masanori in her art class. The problem is, he likes his art teacher, Michiru! Masanori is also the target of the day for the heart snatchers but Chibi-usa saves him (in her real form) by giving him his pure heart back. Masanori then says (after Chibi-usa ran off to transform), "I found my princess." You can guess what happens next. NO, they just hold hands. (If you watch this episode in Japanese, it's a lot funnier.) In this episode a man named Edwards is a holding a party at his mansion for all of his students and invites Mamoru & the girls to come. Whats funny is that most of the conversation there will be in english! Also, Usagi drinks a lot of what she THINKS is juice (it's wine) & gets drunk. How will she ever fight like that? I recommend you get this on DVD. It has 2 videos (Vol. 5 & Vol. 6)on it, with the ability to watch it in english & japanese (with subtitles of course). It's like buying 4 videos (4 videos = ...) but for only ... It's a really great deal. Like I said before, if you're a true moonie, you'll love this!
