Summary: A slight drop off for the conclusion
Review: This series is fabulous don't get me wrong but I'm comparing this to the first two series. The music is better, but it is a bit less serious, though impossible as it might seem. this time they are coerced into saving the world at the begining. What I thought was the worst drop off was the lack of using the GIGASLAVE

Summary: Good but sad
Review: Try is an excellent series, but sadly it was the last of the TV episodes. After that were the weak OAVs with Lina and Naga. Hopefully someday they will make more Lina/Gourry episodes

Summary: Certainly Not Inferior
Review: Try is certainly not an inferior part of the Slayers collection. It is everything the previous collections were and in some ways more. There are tears to your eyes humor coupled with the traditional climactic endings, which has made Slayers the best anime ever created. These are all well intermingled, creating a varied and exciting series of episodes. Many people say that Try is darker and inferior to the previous series. I disagree with them. It is its own series and quite deserving of praise. It is a worthy addition to my collection.
