Summary: The Best of All Anime.
Review: Man, words can not express how great this anime is..but i'm going to give it a shot. :) Alright, i bought the box set of the series around last year and i was not dissapointed. This is the best anime that has ever been made. (in my opinion) The producer is...goodness, he's just wondeful!The series has 4 loveable characters who will sweep you off your feet in an instant and also a villan who is soo evil that you just wanna shoot him but keeps on coming back. The episodes are fabulously made, graphics are great and so is the storyline. The English cast is also one of the best in voice acting animes. You have: David Lucas as Spike and Wendee Lee and Faye...ect. This anime is like a unique one, cause theres not one like it. It has really great jazz music and the box set it superb. There is a lot of shooting and killing and so maybe younger viewers might not like those scenes but with adults...haha, it's awesome cause the director captures the fighting scenes ever so perfect. This was the first anime that i ever bought and ever saw, 2 years ago and this is the kind of anime that has made me a fan. Truely it's a work of art and not just animation. This is the best of the best and i'm sure you won't regreat spending some cash, it's well worth it, trust me. ^_____^

Summary: DON'T BUY THE "USED" DVDS
Review: The series is absolutely awesome, but there are people selling the "new and used" dvds that are illegal. These dvds that go for less than $35 are total bootleg ripoffs. They are only subtitled and the subtitles are usually bad anyway. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on the REAL dvds, you'll thank me later.

Summary: I like Spike!
Review: I fell in love with Cowboy Bebop when my roommate first introduced me to it two years ago. It is an excellent story line and I love the characters personlities. I have been in agony not able to see it on a regular basis and being poor(student), I was not able to buy the official disks. I decided to break down and risk the three disk set with extras and no soundtrack cd. Glad I did! It is in perfect order, professional quality, clean, no tears or scratches, great graphics job for a bootleg, and shipping was prompt. I highly recommend this for those of you who can't wait like me.

Summary: The Bold and the most Beautiful Anime I have ever seen!
Review: Cowboy Bebop is great anime and is one of my personal favs. I could never imagine an anime could be so beautifully detailed until I bought and viewed this one. The plot is great the music is beautiful creating intense action scenes. I recommend this for everyone. Especially if you want to be an otaku anime expert!

Summary: One of the best animate series ever made.
Review: Cowboy Bebop is not only the high point in Japanese animation but also a landmark in animation in itself. This great and fantastic series only ran for Twenty-six episodes but the impact it had is historic. Spike and the crew are like dear friends once you know them, and the adventures they get into are not only great but touching and action pack all at once. Don't call yourself an animation fan if you don't own it.

Summary: A review of the 3 Disc set, the only one offered currently
Review: I'm giving this set a 4 for a couple of reasons. Number one, the value of the set and the material contained within is exceptional... Cowboy Bebop is my favorite series and is far better than just about anything else on TV. As well, the sound is very good, even though it is only Dolby 2.0. Keep in mind this is a television series, and you'd be watching it in 2.0 normally anyway. The video is for the most part great, although some areas do have some artifacts and pixelation. It's really not as bad as others on this site would have you believe. I highly reccomend this set.

Summary: Almost Perfect
Review: I had ordered the Cowboy Bebop Complete Sessions from Amazon a few weeks ago but got a message saying that their inventory indicated that the item was already out of stock. So, that sucks. I searched Amazon Marketplace and bought the "Perfect Sessions," a limited edition DVD Box Set of the complete series. I really should have realized that the offer was for a bootleg copy (the very cheap price should have been a dead giveaway) but I ordered it not thinking it through. Anyway, it advertised as three discs (the official one is six), DVD player Region-free (a clear sign that it's bootleg), english and chinese subtitles (it is rare to find a DVD with chinese subs), and finally, only...dollars (the official one costs around $...retail, however Amazon had it as a special for $...). Anyway, i've been anxiously anticipating a cheap, shoddy, set of discs arriving in a "box set" with the words Cowboy Bebop scribbled on. Gawd, i never expected this. this is one of the best bootlegs i have ever seen. The look of the box and the discs are not the only great things; the content is actually pretty damn clear. I swear you cannot tell the difference between the this and the real DVD's (I bought the official DVD's individually from a different site that had it in stock). The sound is a bit low but the picture quality is more than acceptable. The sound is in stereo so you hear everything the way it's supposed to be. The DVD menus can't seem anymore authentic and even the extras are included (sans subtitles though, which reminded me that this was not an official copy). There are only three discs but the quality is not half bad. Oh and the real Bebop DVD's are fantastic. A must have for everyone! I advise that you buy the OFFICIAL product individually (as that is what the Complete Sessions is, anyway) if you really want the good quality DVD set. But if you can't shell out more than...dollars, perhaps you can try purchasing the Hong Kong bootleg. Its quality is great. Know that I will be proudly putting this HK copy on my shelf right next to the official DVD set.

Summary: Greatest Anime Ever
Review: Cowboy Bebop is easily the most holy of holy animes. The storyline the characters...everything is absolutely perfect. The show itself is flawless. Spike Spiegel is a frickin hero, he knows what to do in any situation. He laughs in the face of danger and is always able to crack a joke no matter what his predicament is. Faye Valentine is a hard core woman. She gets herself into all kinds of trouble and the crew aboard the spaceship Bebop has to save her. Jet Black is the main brawn in the operation he is the one who flies the Bebop. Edd and Ein are 2 mismatch characters that go perfectly together. The plot is actually a very sad and tragic story, being only 26 episodes the show could not get stale. The story focuses around Spike trying to find his lost love, Julia and at the same time his old partner now nemesis, Vicious. At the final episode Julia dies, then Spike kills Vicious, but as he shot Vicious, Vicious' sword struck a fatal blow across the chest on Spike. Then Spike goes out like a true hero. This is the greatest television series of all time and it is something you should not miss out on.

Summary: Not as bad as they say
Review: Just as a note: I happen to own the 6 DVD set and it is amazing. About a week ago, I decided to also purchase it for a friend but $100 was a little steep. I ordered the 3 DVD set instead and it came in today. I have to say that the quality is not that horrible. Sure, it does turn a little pixelated at times, but it is certainly watchable and if you're short on cash, it is certainly not a bad way to spend 30 dollars. I wouldn't advise you to watch it on a big-screen TV and if you're terribly concerned with quality, don't bother with this set. If you want a high-quality picture, you're gonna have to shell out $100 for the 6 DVDs, but if you just want to enjoy Cowboy Bebop and are not sure you want to spend that much money, go for this cheaper set, you can't go wrong for less than 30 bucks.

Review: Seventeen days after I placed my order for this boxed set, Amazon sent me the following post: "We are sorry to report that we will not be able to obtain the following item from your order: Shinichir( Watanabe (Director), et al 'Cowboy Bebop Complete Sessions Collection (Amazon.com Exclusive).' Though we had expected to be able to send this item to you, we've since found that it is not available from any of our sources at this time." Avoid being disappointed as I was. Don't try to order this boxed set.
