Review: It was pretty dull. The only good part was the final fight at the end...but when you realy look at it, the fights were short and light. It was more along the lines of a Saturday morning American cartoon. Hell, Sakura Wars was better..but, I'm not gonna knock it anymore.

Review: Man was I disappointed. If Street Fighter II the Movie is the best the the video game movie genre than this must be the worst. The animation, the plot, everything was very poor. I'll list my biggest gripe and be done with it.It's all about the fighting, RIGHT? Well in that department this movie let me down hard. There is not one good fight in the whole movie. The writers decided each fight should be a complete missmatch so over and over again we see one fighter destroying another. That's not exciting, it's boring AND STUPID. Don't bother with this one, get one of the Street Fighter movies.

Review: Me and my freind rented this movie a year ago(VHS). We wached it over 10 times, it was soooo cool! THe people that gave this movie 1 or 2 stars are dumb! THIS movie ROCKS! Theres blood, gore and awsome music, its only 1 hour long, but a great hour it will be! It makes you come back for more! BUY THIS DVD OR VHS!

Summary: Not as good as it should of have been.
Review: My main gripe is from the lack of plot given to some of the characters- I felt they didn't give enough attention to Yoshimitsu, Paul, King, etc. Some of the characters don't even make an appearance and the story doesnt seem accurate- (When did dinosaurs ever have anything to do with the ending in Tekken 1?) The movie is watchable though as it doensnt stray TOO far from the series.

Review: Ok, I'm not gonna lie. It wasn't AWESOME but it was good. This was the first anime movie I'd ever seen. If it helps, this is what got me hooked! The fighting scenes are great, and the violence is low for all those weak stomached people. The storyline is easy to follow, and the character creation was pretty good. Gotta love that indian girl vs. E-Honda ;)

Summary: You Are Better Off Playing the Game
Review: One of the worst animated films ever, Tekken is best avoided. If you so dearly need to watch this lousy movie, borrow it from a friend. Better yet, buy it and give it to someone you hate. Street Fighter II: The Movie has superior animation and fighting sequences while Tekken resembles an attempt to throw something together, hoping it will turn out all right. The best bet here is to watch South Park--it has better animation and will make you laugh (at the jokes, NOT the animation).

Summary: Run, don't walk, away from this film!
Review: Over the 6-7 years I have been an anime fan, I have seen the cream of the crop, and the cream of the crap. And out of all the piles of dung that I have seen, this ranks as the king(which is truly an acomplishent seeing as how I have watched the entire thing of Tank Police series and Dragon Ball Z). Watch for 5 minutes you'll feel dizzy. Ten? Mild headache. Twenty? Spliting headache. Thirty! The walls in your home begin to melt. And if you can watch the whole thing thru? Your head and home both are inveloped into a world of nothingness(I think its the same empty void were trashed pop stars go too)! This movie is so bad it hurts to think about, so I am having a hard time finding a place begin a rant. The animation is very unbalanced; cel drawn its passible. But once you see the Computer animated seqences, you'll either laugh till it hurts or you'll be drivin to a sickness until you can't get up after you smack your head when you fall to the ground. The music is a tastless mix of songs that either suck, don't fit the scene, or combination of both. The background music isn't good nor memorable. The character development is either non-exsistent or uniteresting. And the plot is well, lets just say its about deep as a staturday morning cartoon. So in this mix, is there anyting redeming about this terrible video? Yes, there is! IT'LL GIVE YOU FEET SO FASTER THAN YOU THOUGHT IMAGINABLE! There is a reason for the title people. Abide by it. You will be a very happy customer. And I gotta stop talkting about before my head explodes!

Summary: An Excellent Anime For Anyone
Review: Tekken is an excellent addition to anyone's movie collection. Although the story is entertaining to fans of the game series (which I am) some might find it lacking if they were not fans of the Tekken games. The animation is top notch, not the best I've seen but very very good. Dubbing is superb as well and a few character's voices sound a little "stale" but you get used to it. Music is also good I am glad that ADV opted to put in some great US music such as Offspring this really adds a lot to the fight scenes (there are plenty of them). My biggest disapointment with this is that it pretty much only centers around a few fighters. Of course these are the most important but I would've liked to see more of some of my favorite fighters from the games. There is only a brief flash of nudity in one scene in the whole movie so this is good for all ages. Overall I would say this is an awesome anime that anime fans should get or at the very least rent ASAP.

Review: Tekken is one of the worst animes ive ever seen.Its very bad.Its short,too and the extras on the DVD arent that great.It features music by the Offspring,though and it features most of the Tekken charectors.Rent it,dont buy it,unless you need everything Tekken.
