Review: Well first off the action is tops. Juban is a perfect charter for this film. He is a reluctant player in this deadly game but in the end it all works out best and the saying is check-mate crown this movie King.

Review: It's directed like a western and plays like a bad soap opera. If you thought that there wasn't a film that could be bloodier than the 1998 film, "Starship Troopers", well, than you haven't seen Ninja Scroll. It may have been a good film with its interesting directing and very detailed charactor animation, but its problems rely on the film's tendancy to push things to the extreme. By that, I mean there's an absurd amound of gore. See humans ripped apart in all new ways in this movie... this film gets real nasty when it comes to gore. And then there's an excessive amount of sex... all over the place. Even one of the main charactors has a deadly sex power she uses to defeat a demon. The film has an intresting conspiracy-like plot and some good charactors that you learn to like while watching, but at some points, the movie becomes just plain dumb. This movie doesn't take itself seriously at all. At least it was entertaining to watch, though, with its great, intresting animation and cool camera shots. Go ahead and see this film if you want... it's not bad, but it's not the greatest Anime you've ever seen. It was decent and entertaining, but doesn't stand a chance compared to other, better Anime's like "Ghost in the Shell", "Akira" and "Patlabor".

Review: Ninja Scroll is a wicked anime! The best I've ever seen, and I've seen my fair share. In fact it's the best movie of all time, anime or live action. I recommand it to any one who likes a good action flick!

Review: Now THIS is Anime as it should be! I've watched this movie more times than I can count and it NEVER ceases to amaze me as much as the first time I watched it. Easily one of the greatest Anime films ever produced, it sets the standards by which all Anime should be judged. Ranking right up there with Akira, Ghost in the Shell, Street Fighter 2, and Fist of the North Star this movie has enough grafic violence to saticfy the most hardcore Anime junkie, enough bare flesh to give my grandmother an aneurism, and fight seens that well...you just have to see them (over 'n' over again) to really apricate what an incredible movie this is. If there's only one Anime film you ever plan to watch, make it Ninja Scroll. Trust me you won't be dissapionted.

Review: My friend and I just rented Ninja Scroll, it was a jawdroper. In my opinion it's the second best anime next to Akira. The movie mixes great animation with a creative storyline.The next time I get some extra cash I'm going out and buying it and you should too.

Review: Ninja Scroll was the first anime I ever saw. It's my favorite movie. The only thing that's better then it is Dragon Ball Z. Project A-Ko is right after Ninja Scroll. This movie is about Jubie Kubagomi, and how he must defeet the shogon of the dark. But befor he can do that Gema, an old achnemasis, take's over Jubie's killed him once only to find he can't be killed so how can he beat him.

Review: Ninja scroll delivers wonderful animation, and a compelling plot. My favorite only to Vampire Hunter D, and Akira. A hero with a sword and an attitude, who could ask for more? But it's not just a blood bath, you finnish watching the movie wanting to know so much more about the hero (jubei.) It was the first anime that i'd ever seen, and now I collect as much anime as I can get my hands on. A must see.(the sub-titled version is more graphic)
