Review: This anime is one of the best I've ever seen!!. And believe me, I've seen a LOT. The action is great and the animation is excellent!!. You have to buy this movie if you're an anime fan!!. It goes right on top along with Akira, Ghost in the Shell, Vampire Hunter D, Neon Genesis Evangelion and Macross Plus ( to mention a few). A most buy for Ninja fans.

Review: Ninja Scroll is probably the best anime I've ever seen, ranking second only to Akira and Vampire Hunter D. I've noticed that some people have said that it's crammed with sex, well, that not's quite true. There are two sexually graphic scenes within the first 15min of the film, and the rest is action and drama. The blood in Ninja Scroll is something often looked for in anime. Well, there is more blood in this film than there was in Apocalypse Now(SERIOUSLY gory Vietnam war movie). Ninja Scroll is most definitely not for those with queasy stomachs, there were some parts where I had to turn away and stop the movie for a few minutes.

Review: If you like anime and dont watch this movie I will personally break your arms. This movie is the best thing that ever happend to anime. Im still steemed about that guy in the Fist of the North Star review who thinks you should burn anime tapes. If anyone knows who he is please contact me.

Summary: Great animation, average plot, bad dubbing.
Review: This is a very strong movie which starts out well and keeps the action well paced. The animation is very good, though to my liking when a limb is chopped off you should be able to see bone.The plot is average. The main problem I have is that the main character, who comes up against super-powered villains, seems to be able to pull off several super-human things himself, such as still being able to pull off something not humanly possible (not enough strength) with 8 broken ribs and a broken arm. But the only annoying thing about this version of the movie is the english dubbing. Please, if you want it to be more clear get the subtitled version instead. The script can't be literally translated in the dub, since it wouldn't fit the lip movements of the characters. This makes for poor dialog exchanges that make no sense.

Summary: Ninja Scroll is perhaps one of the best animes ever made!!
Review: This is one of the best animes I have ever seen, it ranks right up there with Akira. Ninja Scroll has excellent artwork and animation, not even the smallest details are left out. The only downside to this anime is a couple of rather graphic sex scenes, so be prepared, but aside from that the rest is pure action. Jubei is also one of the coolest characters I have ever seen, and all of the characters in the anime balance out rather well. As a final thought, the sword fight between Jubei and Mujuru, the blind swordsman, in the bamboo forest, is the best action sequence in any anime, period.

Summary: one hell of a plot with a lot of twist and turns
Review: a story of drahma,love and violence. Just the way all the japanese anime should be. I'll tell you if you really dig old school sword fights and blood and superb animation. Ninja Scroll is a must have for any hardcore anime fan.
