Summary: One of the best ends with a bang.
Review: Cowboy Bebop's conclusion arrives here, and what a doozy it is. While the 23rd episode is a bit weak, probably to fill space, it all gets made up for with the final three episodes in this collection. Faye and Ed both have to confront their pasts, and their decisions will forever affect the crew of the Bebop. Then, in the 25th episode, Spike and Jet are dealing with the ramifications of the previous episode when they get attacked! It turns out, Spike's past is finally coming back to haunt him, and this will change his life forever, in the final two episodes. Things get crazy, and you won't believe what happens in the end. It's pretty depressing, but it also makes sense, but I won't spoil what. The final episode on this disc alone deserves this five-star rating.

Summary: An Anime that just seems to hard to let go or forget.
Review: What is there to say about the series itself? Nevertheless, the sheer fact of originality, and as well of the complete unpredictable or foreseen outcome of the entire plot of the series has ended. Therefore, what do I really feel about how this is one of those anime series that you will not see out every week. Should this be on my top 5 ANIME SERIES, I think so. Even for the fact of having just finish watching the series, and having inspiration from that ending to tell my opinion about the anime series itself, I cannot feel nothing more than need or thirst for more or just something that would be easier to let go about how this DVD, it is just a MASTERPIECE that was created. I just cannot thank how emotions in music can move the soul so much, into a state of uncontrollable real easement in some many aspects of you. When I see these kinds of amines, it just makes me feel or remember why I love anime. Is that a bad thing, to use a word like "love" so abruptly? Maybe so, but the way I feel about this could not be held in for the next day. Therefore, I write this, my opinion, my point of view, and show how all these characters were depicted in such a meticulous way of or like an artist. This was not like some Hollywood movie that had too much hype, and not enough of actual satisfaction. Nevertheless, this Anime series does, so I am telling if you the people that want to see pure and magnificent masterpiece of an anime series, I tell you to buy this collection or this last DVD of the entire series. It is definitely worth the payment, and wait. So go buy this now, and I cannot say more than that about the series of Cowboy Bebop. Thank you for those that had taken the time to read the review.

Summary: A great ending to a great anime!
Review: I'll tell you the truth, I'm not really much of an anime fan. I kinda thought it was dumb...But then I saw Cowboy Bebop on TV. It was just...cool! So I decided to get the series on DVD. It took me a while, but I eventually got to the last session. These four episodes are spectacularly done. The gem of Session 6; however, is the last two episodes themselves, which I look at as one whole episode. "Real Folk Blues" has to be the most action packed episode, and includes an incredible story. The ending is shocking. Everyone who has seen it will agree, but it was a just ending... There are some forshadowing... Anyway the other two episodes, "Brain Scratch," and "Hard Luck Woman," are also really good episodes. Cowboy Bebop redefined Anime to me. They're not some silly cartoons, but fun wastes of time (and that's not in the negative)! I love Bebop!Top Episodes: 1. Real Folk Blues: Session 6

Review: What an end. These last 4 episodes are truly the best. I'm at a lost for words. The Real Folk Blues alone is worth the price. I didn't want it to end, but as they say, all good things must come to an end. See you Space Cowboy.

Review: Fans of the series will love this. Though the series doesn't go in order, you may wan't to see earlier episodes before it. Cowboy Bebop is my favorit show and these episodes are some of the best. Action to the fullest is shown in this awesome anime. Hope you like this must see for anime fans.

Summary: Left Speechless......
Review: Now I know "Brain Scratch" and "Hard Luck Woman" are also on this DVD, and they are both very good, but I just wanted to say a few things about the final 2 episodes, "The Real Folk Blues Parts: 1 and 2." In my life I have rarely allowed any movie or TV series to really get to me. The only other time I have sat in awe at either was when the credits rolled at the end of "End of Evangelion." It was shockingly amazing and I thought that nothing could ever top it on that kind of emotional level. Than I watched Cowboy Bebop. Everything about the shows were amazing. The animation, music, directing, acting. All brilliant. When it came time for me to watch the final two episodes, I kind of didn't want to have to let go. I went ahead though and what happened at the end just left me sitting there speechless. It is the first time a tv show or movie has ever made me want to actually cry (and I have rarely cried in my life). The ending was just so damn amazing. I reccomend this entire series to anybody, even if you don't like anime. It is just brilliant. See You Later Space Cowboy....

Review: This DVD sums up the enigmatic Cowboy Bebop series, including the fates of Faye, Ed, and Spike. The last two episodes, The Real Folk Blues, both ripped my heart out and astounded me with the complex beauty of the wrap-up. I literally was stunned for ten minutes then went on to cry my eyes out for the next thirty. Now that I've seen it I paradoxaly wish hadn't, but something in me is glad I did. You have to watch it to see what I mean. As the last end title says, "You'll carry that weight." See you later Space Cowboy.

Review: Occasionally, one is tempted to treat the Cowboy Bebop series as lightweight fare. The byplay and humor distract us from the darker underlying themes. Thus, we never have to deal directly with the fact that each of the characters has one thing in common with the others. Their pasts are at loose ends, and the lack of a sense of completion can easily become their worst enemy. 'Brain Scratch' - A cyber cult entices its members to lose their egos on the web and commit suicide. The offer of freedom from her own problems proves too enticing for Faye. Spike and Jet move in to rescue their partner and make a run on the bounty for the cult's leader. 'Hard Luck Women' - The Bebop has two - Faye, who cannot remember her past, and Ed, whose past is... obscure. For both, this episode offers a decisive moment and brings out the difficulty of making decisions that feel like two-edged swords. This is the turning point. Cowboy Bebop heads into its last innings having made clear that the conflict between history and the present is the real theme of the series. 'The Real Folk Blues' - Spike's turn now. The deft combination of noir and humor that director Shinichiro Watanabe has used throughout the series to keep the viewer's attention has made sure that, no matter how prepared we thought we were, the concluding two episodes with be a shock. Much like Robert Crais' novels, you are in the soup before you see the spoon coming. Even so, these episodes stand out for acting that is spot on - tragedy with a last, sassy twist. I'm going to miss this series. A light, frothy comedy that gathers depth as it builds momentum. And wonderful music by Yoko Kanno. There is a film release on the horizon, but I'm not sure I can wait for it. I may have to go back over the series again and maybe again. This is something worth owning.

Review: While I am not stating anything that has not already been said, Cowboy Bebop is one the the funniest, most action packed, and one of the most intelligent shows out there. Its look is visually stunning, with it's gritty film noir like feel. It also has one of the best soundtracks ever, with Yoko Kanno's jazzy Tank! beginning each episode. And while the ending is a little sad, I don't believe it would have worked as well had it ended any other way. Bang!
