Summary: Not a bad point for an ending
Review: While like many here I wish they had continued the TV series all the way through the manga, I am not greedy. 7 seasons of a TV show this entertaining is sufficient that I will not insult the producers for not doing all 34 volumes. And if they had to pick a point to end Ranma 1/2 this is actually a fairly good one. The episodes where Ranma meets his mother are that perfect Ranma blend of humor, slapstick and sentimentality. Much like the manga ending, the end of the Tv series leaves the world of Ranma 1/2 full of unresolved issues, but as the title suggests the viewer is left with the feeling that someday, somehow they will all work out.

Review: Yes, after years, the final episodes of Ranma 1/2 are available here in the US. That doesn't mean this is where the author intended the series to end. These 4 episodes only bring you up to the point where Ranma meets his mother. This happens before the OAVs.
