Summary: SONIKKU ROCKS!
Review: I can't believe they are FINALLY putting Sonic on DVD. I have seen the episodes on the DVD and I've enjoyed everyone of them even though I'm a teen. I think other teens could really get into this series if they gave it a chance. Many teens (such as my own friendds who constantly call me childish because I happen to like Sonic) think that Sonic is for younger kids and not for them but hey its one of the best shows out there. Any how I HIGHLY recomend this DVD 'cause believe me its worth all the money you pay for it!

Summary: SatAm was great
Review: About 7 years ago, ABC canned this cartoon because the ratings were not up to par with Fox's Power Rangers(shutter), even though this was the best looking and sounding Sonic cartoon made. But now, SatAm is back, in DVD form! Although they are the same episodes that were on tape in 1995, they are being re-released due to a wildly popular internet fanbase. The 4 episodes are Super Sonic, Sonic and Sally, Sonic Racer, and Sonic Boom. There is also a hidden episode if you can pass the quiz, which is only on the DVD. Don't worry, though, it's easy. I passed it without even watching the episodes(I also researched the show for about 5 months, so it might be harder for some). But still, if you were a fan of this show, this purchase should be a no-brainer. I suggest pre-ordering(I sure as hell did!), because they might be hard to find when they are(finally) released.

Summary: It's not as likely that teens will see it as children will.
Review: Teens are too old to appreciate this series and are likely to make fun of other kids that enjoy Sonic the Hedgehog, claiming it is a show on television for little kids. However the characters in the story seem to be teenagers, so young teens who really get into sci-fi will probably enjoy this one.

Summary: Juice Time!
Review: A great collection of adventures of the famed Sonic the Hedgehog.
Jaleel "Urkel" White does a tremendous job as the smart-mouthed
arrogant, obnoxious and overconfident hero. He truly gives this
former "mascot" a personality. Jim Cummings also impresses as the thoroughly evil Dr. Robotnik. The episodes on this DVD are especially memorable.

Summary: My all time favorite Cartoon Show.
Review: Back in 1993, i read the Comic books by Archie Comics and was blown away and became one of my favorite comic Books of all time.
then when i saw the Saturday Morning Animated Series, i was also blown away. It suddenly became a Cult animated show filled with
lots of action yet it had brains too, it features such unfogettable characters like The evil Doctor Robotnik, The Cute and adorable Tails, The brave Sonic and the Beautiful Princess Sally Acorn. I am gonna own the DVD when it comes out and will add it to my Collection.

Summary: Sonic SATAM Finally Arrives After About 9 years of waiting
Review: Even though this is a very early review, i could not have seen it yet and should of not write this review. But the 5 stars is going to be for DiC Entertainment & Sonic Fan websites that pitch in together to tell DiC that there are fans still waiting. But if you seen this series from ABC "Get With The Program" back in 93-94, then you will know what to expect. Please people buy this so they can release the rest of the episodes. Its your buy that will help us Sonic fans finally get some piece in the long wait arrival of DVDs/VHS of the series.

Episodes on DVD: Sonic Racer, Sonic Boom, Super Sonic and Sonic & Sally (basely the same from the past videos they released)

Episodes are also on VHS

DVD Bonus: There is a bonus episode, Sonic & The Secret Scrolls

Summary: The Best Sonic Cartoon Ever Made
Review: Finally, the Sonic the Hedgehog cartoon that aired on ABC in 1993 (known as "Sonic SatAM" to the fans) comes to DVD. Many of those who managed to catch the show on TV 7-8 years ago fell in love with it then, and have been fans ever since. It had just the right blend of comedy, drama, and action, with no one of those standing out too much above the others. This is a much anticipated release in the Sonic fan community, and this DVD contains the following episodes: Sonic Racer, Sonic Boom, Super Sonic and Sonic & Sally.

This cartoon was made back before the SegaSonic storyline really got developed, and you won't be seeing familiar faces like Knuckles, Amy Rose, or the more recent characters from Sonic Adventure 2, Shadow and Rouge, simply because, well, none of them existed back then (Sonic 3, which was Knuckles' first game, didn't even come out until the year after it started airing). But that doesn't detract from the show at all as there are plenty of well developed characters added here that weren't from the games. This cartoon set-up the first real storyline behind the whole Sonic universe (in the U.S. anyway), and in my opinion, was one of the best American made cartoons ever. The Archie series of Sonic the Hedgehog comics is now loosely based on this cartoon, but really fails to capture the quality of writing used to produce this show.

Dispite the age of this show, if you're a Sonic fan, you definately shouldn't pass this one up. Definately the best Sonic cartoon ever produced, in my opinion. I'd give it more than 5 stars, but well.. that's the most you can give here on Amazon.com :)

Summary: LIVE AND LEARN
Review: I acutally got this as a gift last year but I am just now writing a review for it. Anyways there are four sonic cartoons. Adventures of Sonic the hedgehog, Sonic the hedgehog, Sonic Underground, and then the horrible Sonic X(underground isn't much better). Anyways for those of you who remember the show and enjoyed it then I definatley reccomend picking this up!! If your a fan of Sonic X then don't pick this up because all you'll think about is "Why isn't it based around the games" and "Who are these new charecters". Alot of you have to remember the cartoon aired in 1993 so the Sonic games really didn't have a huge storyline to them. On this DVD you get five episodes(one you have to unlock by beating a trvia game)from the first season. All of the episodes are very good. Unlike AoSth this show has a storyline to it and is acutally very dark at times. Overall if your a huge Sonic fan like me and remember the show then I definaley reccomend this great show on DVD. Now all Dic needs to do is get more episodes on DVD and make a season 3 to conclude the cliff-hanger of season 2 and we'll be all set!!
