Review: This video is my favorite video of all the DBZ videos I have. I love it when he turns Super Saiyan and is whippin' Frieza. Goku's showing him what being a Super Saiyan is all about. "Ally to good, nightmare to you!" -Goku to Frieza right before the end of the last episode.

Summary: By far, the best dballz episode i've ever seen so far.
Review: This was the episode which I spent at least an entire month waiting to see. I was very pleased when Goku transformed into what Vegeta so desperately wanted to become. It was very clear that Freeza didn't stand a chance after super saiyan goku emerged. I'm ready to see Freeza pay for what he did to my boy vegeta.

Summary: The First 'Dragon Ball' Fighter to Go Super Saiyan
Review: Well, if you are a 'Diehard' fan like me, this Video is for you. I won't tell you the circumstances, but this is the first time you see someone go Super Saiyan (Well excluding Flash-Backs). I would personally give it 10 Stars (There is a 5 Star Limit), and would recommend this video if you are ready to see someone beat up Frieza.

Summary: Good...but get the DVD instead.
Review: Well...this was the tape that first really got me into DBZ. To be fair, these _are_ some of the best episodes of the series, second only (in my opinion) to the fights with Piccolo at the 23rd Budoukai and with Cell. HOWEVER (and that's capitalized for a reason), you're much better off getting the DVD if you want these episodes. The dialogue is done much better in the Japanese version, as is the suspense that leads up to it...Masako Nozawa really put something special into the SSJ transformation scene, while Sean Schemmel is, for all his valiant efforts, no comparison. Freeza is also portrayed as all the more cruel in the original version, making him seem more heartless and less...homoerotic.

But enough of my rambling. Long story short: great episodes, so-so dub. Go get the DVD instead. ^_^
