Summary: The was great, it made you want to go to Jamica and be there
Review: The movie was outstanding, it give you that kind of feeling that one day you would want to be there, and maybe find someone like Stella did. I would like to be her. Because she had just about everything a woman could want and life. Then when she found that man, her life was very much complete.

Summary: That man is fine!!!!
Review: I always enjoy a movie where the black actors are not portrayed in a negative light. We can have a place in the film industry that can be interesting to watch without all the cursing, killing or plucking. Taye Diggs is beautiful!!!! Everytime I see him, it makes my knees weak (smile). I am a big fan of this movie and recommend it to anyone who can enjoy a love story without a large amount of obscenities.

Summary: A waste of true talent...
Review: the book was so much better and the book wasn't all that great!!! that is how bad this movie is.. a huge waste of Angela bassetts' talent. she is an amazing actress. her and taye diggs's looks are what get my two stars. this movie is so long!!!! an hour could have been cut out and you would still have a whole movie. i dont' remember the book being this boring.. read the book, skip the movie is my advice...

Summary: It was a so so movie and definitely better than the book....
Review: which I never could manage to finish because it was so boring. The only saving grace(s) in that movie were Whoppi Goldberg and I throughly enjoyed Regina King. Glad I never actually bought the video. It would be on my video case collecting dust. Oh yeah the pajama party was funny but the rest was so-so.

Summary: GREAT GREAT GREAT MOVIE
Review: HOW STELLA GOT HER GROOVE BACK WAS A EXCELLENT MOVIE. WOULDN'T IT BE GREAT IF ALL SINGLE MIDDLE AGED WOMEN COULD GO AND FIND A MAN LIKE SHE DID AND BOY WAS HE GREAT LOOKING? I ADMIRE STELLA FOR BEING ABLE TO FINALLY OVER LOOK THE AGE DIFFERENCE AND TRUELY FIND THE LOVE OF HER LIFE.

Rating: 2 stars
Summary: Really deserves 1 STAR....
Review: Okay, so I was really dissapointed with this movie. The only reason why i gave it two stars was because of Whoopi Goldberg and Taye Diggs. This film was long, drawn out, mediocre acting, and borderline offensive. It could have also been about 40 minutes shorter, but I suppose the screenwriter felt adding three more endings would be worthwhile. what annoyed me was the entire tone of the movie, it was so angry, resentful, it was a display of horrible values. I didnt see any love. The writing was poor. It was an insult to the acting and talent to the wonderul actors and actresses inb the film. I cant even explain how I feel about this film...So anyway, dont waste your time....

Summary: boring...
Review: I thought it would be a great movie, Angela Basset and Whoopy Goldberg are so great ! But it was not, not at all. One word resumes this movie : boring. It is so predictable that there is no need to watch the end, you know it from the very beginning !

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: True Love can Be Founded no matter what your age (Smile)
Review: I really enjoy this movie. Love and freindship, is Great. To have both of them. Words can"t explain. Being of the middle age class I really enjoy it. To love somebody who is younger. Maybe there hope for a older women with a younger man. Thank you Kevin Rodney for seeing it far my point of view. Now let me get my groove back (smile)
