Summary: Possibly the best DVD out there right now
Review: Now this is a film that uses the potential of DVD to its fullest! First of all, the movie itself is the greatest comedy ever made, and ranks at #2 on my all time list overall (the only list that matters). Aside from the hilarity of the movie, its use of the DVD format is just as excellent. The seven outtakes are hilarious (and not on VHS), the music videos have amazing sound quality, and the production notes are pretty interesting. On top of that, you can watch the movie in fullscreen or widescreen/cinema-scope setups, an option that would have really helped DVD's like The Rock and Con Air. This DVD succeeds in satisfying both those who made the movie and those who watch it, unlike other DVDs that merely satisfy the producers and leave you asking for so much more. Buy one for yourself, and then be the ultimate philanthropist and buy one for everyone else you know, regardless of whether or not they have a DVD player!

Review: When I first saw Friday, I broke down in tears because it was so funny. That movie is so funny, I can't even describe it. I've seen it like 30 times now and I'm still not sick of it. It's a good movie for people who like Black Humor. Chric Tucker and Ice Cube were so funny in it. The bathroom scene , I have to say, was the funniest part of the movie.

Review: First of all to the hater who referred to potheads as hving no life, please check yourself. I happen to be a proud, dope headed woman who keeps a good job and goes out more than average. And this movie is the shiiiiiiiitttttttt! The e reactions by Cube to his 1st hit of the doja are so true to life, its scary. Smokey is hilarious and the entire cast comes together well. This is destined to be a classic. With the famous, often repeated lines and characters like that, how can it not?

Review: I think that the writers of this movie should win every award that there is because not only does this movie deal with very serious and real adolecent and young adult problems, it also shows that there are other ways to solve them rather than resorthing to the typical gun violence of most other movies of this day and age... I espically loved Chris Tucker's portrayal of Smokey......and you know this...man.
