Review: this movie will not appeal to you if you like ryan-hanks love stories, seagal/ van damme/ (insert name) action flicks, warner bros. cartoons or totally brainless movies. you will thoroughly enjoy this movie if you loved 'one fine day' (for clooney's sexuality just oozing all over), pulp fiction (if only for ving rhames), boogie nights (again, if only for don cheadle) and basically movies that will challenge, entertain and thrill. there's great chemistry, sexual tension, tight cinematography, fleshed out secondary characters (especially the super-dumb ones e.g. steve zahn), great soundtrack and a great story. the plot however was a little less firmly dealt with, which i think is the only fault in this otherwise must-own movie. the specially bundled extras will make the price a steal.

Review: I've been waiting for this movie to come out on video ever since I saw it in the theater. It was definitely the best new film I saw in 1998. Too bad more people didn't go see it. I liked it so much I read the excellent Elmore Leonard novel on which it's based. The movie is full of great supporting performances--in particular Steve Zahn as Glen the stoner and Don Cheadle as Snoop. George Clooney and Jennifer Lopez have a great chemistry on screen. This movie is so many different things: a cops and robbers story, a comedy, a romance. And it has great incidental music. Check it out.

Review: This movie is different from the regular romantic-comedy or action-adventure. It is all that and more. Funny, sexy,unpredictable. George Clooney has hinted at this being the role he's cared about the most of any he's done so far, and you can tell by his performance. Clooney and Lopez have great chemistry going on the screen in this one.

Review: "Out of Site" is a fresh, quirky, raw, down-to-earth, and startlingly entertaining film that shatters the traditional 'Crime Drama' and 'Romantic Comedy' formulas. Clooney is thoroughly real, while still managing to turn on the requisite charm. Lopez is stunning in every possible way. Surprisingly however, it is the supporting characters that really bring this movie to life. The 2-Dimensional cops and bad-guys that I expected would plague the screen never showed up - even the two-bit hoods in "Out of Sight" are interesting, well-realized, and somewhat relatable. Granted, this film will not appeal to everyone. It is neither a block-buster, nor an Oscar contender, but it was definitely worth my money.

Review: This is the best on screen adaption of any Elmore Leonard novel to date! Lopez and Clooney are great and have some very steamy but classy chemistry. This movie goes to prove that you don't need nudity to make the sexiest movie of 98. The supporting cast also does a great job to make the story come alive. TC

Review: This was one of the best movies of 1998. All the people involved reach their zeinth and were excellent, especially Clooney and Lopez. The supporting cast also shines. And best of all is the David Holmes score, which fits it all together perfectly. See this movie-it deserves to find a big audience on the video shelf.
