Review: Bad Boys is yet another action comedy that follows 48 HOURS & the BEVERLY HILLS COP mode. The viloence is a non-stop fury from start to finnish and the profanity that anyone comes to expect films of this nature. This film benefits greatly from Will Smith and Martin Laurence`s chemsitry, as long as they`re on screen together things move along but when they`re apart the film ends losing crediabillty. The film is two hours or so long has more complications it needs.The storyline surounds the theft of millons of dollars worth of drugs confiscated from a Miami Police warehouse by an evil french crimminal named Fouchet, sounds more like a name for expensive french chocalate than a French crimminal, played awful by Tchelky Karyo. BAD BOYS doesn`t stay focused halfway it comes up with what somebody must have thought was a brilliant move and proceeds to beat it to death for reasons not worth mentioning are forced to switch identies. So the ladies man Mike(Smith) moves in with his partner`s family while Marcus(Laurence)spends day & night at Mike`s place guarding a material witness an attractive annyoning woman(Tea Leoni) From this point its a mix-match of endless guns blazing foul language and the same style of film i`ve seen endless times before.

Summary: The best DVD I have own!!
Review: This is a reference disc that every studio must follow. A lot of extras (Documentary, Multi-angle feature, Theatrical trailers, incluiding men in black and Blue Strike, and no one or two but three musical videos). Then go to language, you find English Dolby Surround and 5.1; also you will find a Dolby Surround Spanish track and a Isolated Score in 5.1. Well, I'm a fan of spanish tracks and subtitles, and the second reason i have purchased this disc was the presence of the spanish track (The first was that i like the movie, but i like a lot of movies), but after seeing with the isolated score, i have a new reason to be proud of it. The movie itself is not very deep, but you will be laughing during all the presentation. And last but not less important comes the subtitles, english, spanish, french, portugues, chinese, thai and korean. Seeing the movie with isolated and subtitles in your language is a superb experience (Don't forget the disco scene). Very good work from the folks of columbia. Take a lesson Warner and Universal

Summary: Save the money and go for "Bad Boys Lite"
Review: I am one of the biggest fans of Michael Bay ever to be. I eagerly anticipate each new movie and watch the e-shelves for new versions of his old movies. I hadn't owned my DVD player long before I bought "The Rock," "Armageddon Criterion Edition," and this film, "Bad Boy Special Edition." What really intrigued me about this DVD was the ability to use that angle button on my DVD remote.To start with, you have to go to a section named "Damage Control" in order to view scenes from multiple angles. Once you get here, though, you don't get "scenes" you get snippets of TVs and cars exploding. And it isn't very compelling. I haven't seen the normal version, but I can't imagine that the transfer quality is any better. I still love this movie, and on DVD it looks real nice. But, unless you have dollars to spare, don't waste it on the special edition. The extra just aren't worth it.

Summary: Okay, so they curse a lot...
Review: but it doesn't take away from the humor. I thought that Will Smith and Martin Lawrence would be an unlikely pair, but the chemistry between the two was tight. They just seem to feed off of each other. This movie centers around to Miami cops, one a wealthy playboy and one an dedicated family man. There's lots of action that makes it hard NOT to get caught up in this fast-paced movie. There's just never a dull moment! Who would have thought that these two guys with big ears would make such a great pair. I look forward to seeing them together again onscreen!

Review: I rented this movie two times then bought and watched it 5 more times! Its an awesome movie. Sure theres lots of swears and stuff but it really is one of the best movies I've ever seen! Don't take my word for it. Watch it yourself!

Summary: "Whatcha gonna do when they come for you?"
Review: Saw this on T.V. not long ago, and enjoyed it. I don't mind action flicks with humour, and Will Smith and Martin Lawrence make a good double act. It was funny, violent and 'Leathal Weapon-ish' and also starred the gorgeous Tea' Leoni (Deep Impact). I hear there was a sequel, but it flopped.

Summary: Loud and stupid
Review: I saw Bad Boys (not to be confused with Bad Boys starring Sean Penn and Esai Morales, which is a really good movie) and hated it. The movie was to loud, it was like watching a bad MTV video, and I find Martin Lawrence to be incredibly irritating. I know a lot of people will not care for my comments, but we are all entitled to our opinions. If you're looking for good cop/buddy movies, any of the Lethal Weapon entries blows away this film.

Summary: Bruckheimer/Bay make an awesome team.
Review: Yeah, yeah, so I put the producer and director in my comment rather than the two main actors. When these two guys get together, you know the screen's going to explode (see also THE ROCK and ARMAGEDDON). These two guys really know how to make an action movie. Will Smith and Martin Lawrence make a great on screen pair. The personalities just mesh so well...their banter is so good, you wonder how much is ad libbed. This movie is all high paced action and suspense. The action scenes are awesome. The chase scene on foot is spectacular (who knew that a cop chasing a bad guy on foot could be so exciting). Now, although the car chase scene at the very end is so fake (there is no way that Porsche with three people in it could've caught the Cobra when it had such a long head start), this movie was still really good. For all you adrenalin junkies, go out and rent/buy it today!

Review: This movie has everything, comedy, action and a couple of half-dressed women. I have seen this movie at least 8 times and it is still good. I am glad they finally decided to make a GOOD DVD version!
