Summary: A fantastic must-own for any Powerpuff Fan!!!
Review: Perfect for Powerpuff fans... and everyone else. It has jokes similar to the show, has even better animation, and tons of extras that you gotta love! The interviews are totally funny and everything has the same Powerpuff fun that you can expect from the show. Perfect!!

Rating: 2 stars
Summary: The TV episodes are much better!
Review: OK, the animation has been upgraded some. Fine. But then what? Why create a summary of what the PPG are all about, when there have been several seasons aired on TV already? I don't think the PPG attract a much wider audience just because they make a movie of it. The result is that most fans sit there and yawn while experiencing bad re-makes of scenes already made in the TV episodes. The humor isn't as good in the movie either, the whole impression I get is that the whole concept has been polished by "specialists" who believe that they know what should appeal to a mainstream audience. However, what I believe appeals to adult PPG fans is the mix of cute little kindergarten girls who beat evil people as bad as one can without getting a PG13 rating, combined with a semi-adult sense of humor. Kind of a version of the South Park humor, but without the edges and the pee&poo jokes. Which is too bad, if you ask me. ;)

Summary: Good, but it's really stupid!
Review: The Powerpuff Girls is a stupid movie but is funny a few times.

I give it 2 stars.

Summary: Maybe we would all be better off without the chemical X...
Review: The Powerpuff Girls show is pretty funny, and I was hoping that the movie would be just as funny. I was wrong. It was terrible. It should've been a TV movie, not feature movie. The movie was pretty good up until the game of tag. Then it magically got horrible. If they ever make another Powerpuff Girls movie, I hope it'll be much better.

Summary: If you like the show, you won't be disappointed.
Review: I really like the show, and watch it habitually. I was afraid that the movie would miss the charm that the show has. The movie definitely has a different feel from the show. It seems a bit more "epic" due to the longer length, the more "cinematic" music, and how much bigger everything is. They also put in a bit of "3-D" "computery" stuff for a few scenes. I suppose it would be a bit of a disappointment if they didn't do anything different in terms of animation. However, what is most important is how adorable the girls are, and how much they are actually seen. They didn't screw this up. The girls are more adorable than a thousand teddy bears and there are few parts that don't center around them.

By the way, the voice of Bubbles is the hottest of the Powerpuff Girl voice actresses, followed by the voice of Buttercup, with the voice of Blossom in distant third. It's kinda weird because I'd put it in the opposite order if I were judging the Powerpuff Girls themselves.

Review: Stupid girls get born and they destroyed the whole city by playing tag. I liked the movie although. Pretty stupid. One of Cartoon Network's all time worst badly created movie of all the whole time.

Summary: Powerpuff!!
Review: When this movie first came out in theaters, I wasn't particularly interested in seeing it. However, I was taking a walk, and passed by the cinema, and decided to give it a whirl. 87 minutes later, I was not only laughing out loud, but gasping in ecstasy. I had never seen the Powerpuff Girls before, and they instantly made my Top 10. This movie rocks!

The animation is quirky, distinctive, and very cool. Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup are loveable, and very spunky. Mojo Jojo is a very cool villain. The action is awesome and breathtaking--not for the faint of heart, neither for young children. The plot, although formulaic, does take some unexpected turns (which are a blast!). The laughs just keep on coming. It's a shame this movie did so poorly in the box office, because it deserved more recognition. Who cares if it's wacky, weird, and over-the-top? It's one of the most entertaining movies ever! This should've been nominated for best Animated feature (although Spirited Away did deserve the actual award). This one has all the action, comedy, and camp to satisfy any Powerpuff Girls veteran or neophyte. Power to the Puffs!!

Summary: This is so stupid!
Review: Why the heck would they want to make a motion picture based off some cheesy cartoon? The animation quality is a LITTLE bit upgraded but it still doesn't make up for it. The soundtrack was also poor and very VERY unoriginal! They could have easily just made this a straight-to-video release rather than putting something so bad in theatres! And I'd have to agree with another reviewer here that it is messed up that those 3 little brats could destroy the city just by playing a game of tag! And why the hell won't they ever show Ms. Belum's face? Probably because they were going to put Craig's face on her but decided to leave it be. Also, I bet that the commercial for the PPG-movie(which aired on T.V. last summer.) was just a hoax due to that the producers needed some kids to say they liked the movie and if they did they'd get a FREE NINTENDO GAMECUBE! Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY THIS MOVIE! It only spreads a bad example on kids and makes them think that it's okay to be beat the [crud] out of someone for no damn reason! Thank you for your time and I hope this helped.

Summary: This movie is one of the COOLEST of 2002!
Review: When I saw the tv show and I fell in love with it. Then I heard there was a movie about how they got their superpowers and learned how they should use them. When the professor get the ingerdience(sugar spice and everything nice) he mixes them together to create the perfect little girl, but he accidently adds in an extra ingredient called chamical X and he makes, not one but three prefect little girls. When they have their 1st day of school after learning how to play tag with the normal kids, start to get carried away with their powers and accident without knowing, they smash half Townsville. Everyone starts turning against them (except the professor.) Then later they find Mojo Jojo who just says he'll help them, but his plan was to get them in bigger trouble. The girls learn they should use their powers to fight crime and when they beat Mojo, and at the end,the people of townsville want them to be their protectors. The girls are sooooo cute and the back gound scenes are alot nicer in the movie rather than in the tv show. Best of all, this is an ACTION movie for kids as well as Lilo and Stitch is! I LOVE action movies.

The Powerpuff Girls movie is something for most Powerpuff Girls, Simpsons, South Park, Futurama, Crank Yankers, Rugrats and Sabrina The teenage witch fans to own.

Review: for those who don't know the director and love to send him E-mail on how stupid of a movie this was and the series all together. cartoon network are showing a **gameboy special censor** marthon of this stupid pile of **censor again**.
i can not understand why they would make this movie and then make a marthon of this just so kids can grown-up liking volience.
I have son named gameboy.
he hated how boring it was. With a game tag how the hell can the whole TOWNVILLE be destroy. this whole movie had gameboy looking at the ground. this movie was about as boring as bag of 2-dollar COMCAST baseball ticket that have subscriptions to tonka RC cars.
