Summary: If your a fan.
Review: This movie has some plots that happend in the comics while other come form the Marvel Comics Cartoon that was once on T.V. Most of the movie didn't suprise me but if your a fan like me it is okay that you weren't always supriesd. You'll buy it just to own it and watch it when you want to. Overall it was a exciting movie even when you could sometimes guess what was going to happen.

Summary: Mind blowing action!!!!!!
Review: This is one of the best movies of 2003. It's basically about The mutants still there, Wolverine(Hugh Jackman) Storm(Halle Berry) Jean Gray(Famke J.) Cyclops(James Marseden) Magneto(Ian Mckellen) And Rogue( Anna Paquin), Pyro(Aaron Stanford) And so forth. Their still the coolest mutants on earth! Hello!!!!!!
The William Stryker(Brian Cox) A hateful general who hates Mutants and his assistant Lady Deathstrike(Kelly Hue) A beautiful mutant under his control force Night Crawler(Alan Cumming) a telephatic blue-skinned mutant to attack the president. With this proof, Stryker goes after the X-Men attacking Proffesor Xavier's(Patrick Stewart) school. Wolverine leads an escape with Ice-man(Bruce Davidson)Pyro, and Rogue, While Storm and Jean go off searching for Night-crawler in boston. Wolverine and the X-Kids are attacked at Bobby/Iceman's house. There Pyro shows of his mutant ability in a highly cool and awesome way. Jean and Storm rescue them and they make their way to Stryker's base where Cyclops and Xavier have been kidnapped. They take along the beautiful Mystique(Rebbeca Romijn Stands) And Magneto to attack. It ends with a final fight between Wolverine and Deathstrike and a self sacrifical stunt by one of them.
CRITIQUE
This movie is extremely good and very interesting with the best special effects. My only objection is the rare use of Cyclops(Even though he gets to kick some serious butt) and Iceman(Who does almost nothing in use even though he is my favorite X-man). The jet looks better, Cyclop's car is awesome and Wolverine unleashes his rage. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Summary: Very nice...
Review: The second movie of the X-Men series is as good as if not better than the first one. Visual effects are great, story line is nice. Also great casting. I think X-Men is the best movie made out of the "comic books" since it became a fashion.

Summary: WOW!!!
Review: Only one flaw, Phoenix (Jean Grey) DIES! But still ... No movie, even the first could beat this one! It is outstanding and the special effects are even better. This movie is the only one (apart from X-Men 1) that doesn't go OTT on the effects, the actors do a great job of "keepin' it real" while makin' it enjoyable still. NOT just another comic book movie, it is the BEST comic book movie since the dawn of time. Hugh Jackman(Wolverine) is the cutest. Anna Paqiun (Rogue) is the coolest, wish i could do that! Who is your fave? let me know at rednblack@rock.com, love all of yall X-Men and Anna Fans out there. Keep the movies comin Anna plz. Laters, Steph
p.s i aint claiming to be THE biggest fan of Anna's or owt, just big fan.
But ... if you got beef wit Anna you got beef wit me!

Summary: BAMF YOUR WAY TO HADES, NIGHTCRAWLER!
Review: I give this movie one star for the sheer, laughable entertainment value of Nightcrawler, the blue catholic demon with a tail. He is by far one of the most ridiculous characters I've ever seen! Do not not waste your money or your time on this DVD.

Summary: FINALLY A COMIC MOVIE THAT FOLLOWS THROUGH!
Review: I'm a picky moviegoer, but I like movies. I'm also a picky comic book reader, but I like comic books. There are precious few comic book-BASED movies that can stay true to the original storyline and retain a quality movie. This was one of them (the Original Michael Keaton-starring Batman was good too).

The opening scenes of X2 were gripping as they introduced you to Kurt Wagner, the Nightcrawler. He's got the mutant power to "bampf" or teleport into a cloud of smoke. Beyond that, just watch the opening scene... It's great.

The story for X2 is loosely based on the Graphic Novel, God Loves, Man Kills. I'm not completely familiar with the novel, so I can't argue how true to the story the movie was, but I liked the way that this was done. It introduced "new" mutants to people in certain scenes, and dropped hints towards future people who will be in movies.

It was good for the average watcher too, as the original X-men movie went into the introductions to characters, while this one was more story driven.

I can't rave enough about the quality of this movie, especially after the disappointing "Daredevil" movie and somewhat disappointing "Spider-man" movie (I don't like when a character's origin from the comic books is basically SLAUGHTERED).

Summary: GOOD DISPLAY CASE, LOUSY MOVIE.
Review: THE MOVIE ITSELF IS BAD, BUT THE DISPLAY CASE IS SO HANDSOME LOOKING THAT YOU CAN PUT BETTER QUALITY DVDS STORED IN IT. THAT'S IT. THE VISUAL EFFECTS REALLY WERE AWFUL IN THIS MOVIE, THEY REALLY NEED TO ASK ILM TO DO THE EFFECTS WORK FOR THE NEXT REPORTED TWO MOVIES THAT BRYAN SINGER WANTS TO MAKE.

Summary: Double X
Review: "X-2" picks up solidly where the original flick ended. Unlike most reviewers, I didn't think this film was any better than the first. I do believe that it is a good film in its own right. The first sequence, the attack on the White House, is by far the best sequence of the movie. Nightcrawler was one of my favorite X-men growing up. I also enjoyed the fact that they included his deep Catholic faith. The comic actually toyed with this character becoming a priest.
Overall, the action sequences in this film were great. The Deathstryke/Wolverine battle was one of the most violent sequences I've seen in comic-to-screen adaptation. It was more violent than all of "Daredevil." Wolverine came out of his shell in this movie by racking up a huge bodycount.
As far as the story goes, it played out very well and very evenly. It was just as solid as the first flick and if you enjoyed the first one, this one will not let you down. The pacing of the movie is quite swift, which could cause a non-comic fan to lose track of some of the characters and their abilities. The ending was left wide open and if you do follow the comic, you know that something special will be rising in the inevitable part three.

A good action movie with a solid story and brilliant effects. Buy it and enjoy it today.

Summary: X men die in this movie
Review: A couple of characters from the good guys, and the bad guys get killed in this movie.

It's a lot better than part 1. The fighting skills of all the characters seemed to have improved tremendously. Wolverine himself kills about 10 soldiers who break into the school for the mutants. This is a big improvement on his character because in part 1, they made his fight scenes seem very weak.

This movie is also better than the Spiderman movie.
