Summary: WORTHLESS
Review: I didn't expect a lot from this movie but was suprised at just how little it delivered. This is the kind of movie I would have enjoyed when I was 13 but at this point is just came off as a dull, plotless special effects showcase. Actually, showcase may not be a good term. It wasn't that the special effects were so good, it's just that there were a whole lot of them. The characterization was about standard for a saturday morning cartoon. The mummy grimaced a lot but was ultimately about as frightning as Skeletor from the old He-Man cartoons.

Review: This movie has all the elements of good film making as well as action. It has a lot of action, character, and although it is not realistic, its actions, effects, and characters make it believable and exiciting. The comedy provides good comic relief whenever the plot gets a little tense. Overall, it is good. Before I tell you everything, go see it for yourself!

Summary: Movie Filled With Comedy, Action and Great Special Effects.
Review: This updated approach to the 1932 featured film of the same title "The Mummy" was well planned and unique. Not only did it make me laugh but it also delivered fantastic action scenes and outstanding computer special effects. In fact the Mummy looked frightfully real. I think the director did an excellent job in making this film into the success it is today.I have no problems recommending this DVD version to any collector.

Summary: Fun movie; awful soundtrack
Review: I could not find the widescreen version, so I settled for the full screen. Several areas of the DVD had awful electronic noise. Toward the end of the movie, it was very distracting. I returned the DVD. I then saw it on PPV. Not as many electronic noise entries, but they were in the same places as on the DVD. The audio track needs to be redone.

Review: The reviews were very unfair to this movie, it is a great piece of entertainment and 100% faithful to the spirit of those 30's movies. The special features explaining how the shots were done (on the DVD) are worth the price of admission.

Review: This movie was very entertaining,adventursome,suspencful,and well done,. Although I would not recomend it for younger children such as 8 and under. Brendon Faisure plays a very good adventurist. He is sort of like the next indeanna jones. this movie was raited PG-13 for some gore language and fightning scenes but not a lot. I recomend this movie for anyone who likes adventure suspence and a little romance. This movie was very good you should see it...

Summary: If you love action and a bit of suspense, The Mummy's a must
Review: No doubt about it, this is a sharp flick. All the ingredients come together to make this a very entertaining film. Naturally there's plenty of action which takes place against some great sets and is enhanced by impressive special effects. But there's also a good deal of suspense (as you would expect in a Mummy movie), and plenty of humourous one-liners as well.It's sort of like a '90s version of Indiana Jones and will probably be considered just as much a classic in years to come.

Review: i enjoyed this movie tremendously. my son and i have watched it over and over again. i appreciate this movie for its entertainment value. i am not an expert on egypt, but was impressed with the depiction of egyption characters. for entertainment value it doesn't get much better.

Review: This movie is a joy to watch,it is a tounge in cheek high suspense thriller,with wonderful special effects that leave you with eyes open with glee and the humour that leaves your stomach aching this movie is a joy,it gets top marks from me the actors and director have brought this story to so much life that as soon as you have stopped watching it you want to watch it again.This movie is a must see for those who enjoy good effects and suspense with a high sense of humour.
