Review: I thought this one was great. To all who say "well this is dedicated to Afghanistan!" This was before the Taliban. Afghanistan was in trouble, and of course the US helped. This movie is filled with suspence, action, sadness, happieness, and everything else the others had jsut as much. It is an excenllent movie.

Review: I know many hate this film, but i don't understand why?, it delivered what it promised "non-stop action" i don't know what people were expecting? i mean lets face it, it may not have the emotional depth that part II had but it definately plays on the political atmosphere that was occurring at the time (1988) the invasion of Afganistan by the Soviets who pulled out right at the time of this films release, i think to much hype ruined this film's potential to be entertaining pretty much the same way hype ruined "The Phantom Menace" potential to be entertaining, i don't know why hype ever gives people the impression that is might be the second coming or somthing, just enjoy this for what it is "escapist entertainment".

Summary: As Bad as it Gets
Review: It's a real shame that movie garbage like Rambo 3 has to come out into the world. What's worse is that when people hear the word "Rambo", it's used as a stereotype to describe anything that involves brainless, unrealistic killing.The plot is simple and stupid, and isn't even worth repeating. There are two parts of the movie so unrealistic that I can barely mention them without getting annoyed. 1) Rambo takes a machine-gun round to the chest from a low-flying chopper. All he does is reel back and yell "UNGH!" I guess .50 cal rounds aren't that tough. 2) Rambo forces a head-on collision with a tank into a chopper, and despite having some temporary unconsciousness, escapes just fine. A real shame is that people are most likely to see re-runs of this movie, and will consequently never see Rambo: First Blood, which is a great movie that is nothing like its senseless sequels. One cool part: the dialogue between Col. Trautman and the evvvvil Soviet commander: Evil: "Who do you think this man(Rambo) is, God?" Trautman: "God would have mercy...he won't!"

Review: Well, what can you expect from a rambo movie.He is a one-man army,where he goes he wins the war. This cool guy(?) uses weapons that you see in the shooter games.He can drive every thing(chopper,tank...)and usually destroys them in the end.He drives a tank through a helicopter to down it(?).He throws arrows to shotdown choppers(?).You can see many weird and fun things in Rambo3.This movie is fun.

Review: "FIRST BLOOD", based on David Morrell's book, is already a classic, well conducted and convinvent. But after that, the John Rambo character acquired a life of his own in the hands of Hollywood, and the sequels RAmbo II and III sucks, showing Stallone at the lowest level of interpretation an acting and screenplay of his career. Avoid it!

Summary: Great for it's time period
Review: The Rambo Trilogy is one that has been a favorite of mine ever since I was small. My mother is a devout Stallone fan, so I got to see many of his atrocious movies. However, the Rambo series stands out in my mind as some of his best--the third being my personal favorite. For the time period it was the ultimate action movie--a story that was meaningful at the time, nice sequences that display some rather nice visuals(the scene where he burns out the wound in his side was rather impressive). If you are looking for a good action movie that will satisfy a boring Saturday night, then this is the one for you.

Review: This movie is action-packed to the core.Even though it starts out a little slow til he gets to Afghanistan it won't even bother u when the action starts.Rambo has the coolest weapons i have ever seen in a movie.Such as his grenade tip arrows,rocket launcher,detonators, and the tank he uses at the end.If u haven't seen this movie buy it for dvd or whatever type of movie player you have cause you're going to love it.

Review: THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST MOVIES IN HISTORY. THE LINES THAT RAMBO SAYS ARE ALL CLASSICS THAT CAN BE USED IN EVERYDAY LIFE. LIKE WHEN HE SAYS, "WHAT'S IT DO?" "IT TURNS BLUE." ALSO WHEN HE RAMBO SAYS TO THE COLONEL, "YOU SEE A LOT." I LIKE IT WHEN THE KID ASK HOW MANY DAYS WALK IT IT TO ARIZONA, "OH ABOUT 2 YEARS". THE VILENCE ON THIS MOVIE IS PERFECT EVEN FOR KIDS AND HILLARIOUS. IT ISN'T REALLY GORY BECAUSE IT'S MOSTLY DESTRUCTION AND JUST SHOOTING. IT'S FUNNY WHEN THE GUY GETS ELECTRICUTED. ALSO WHEN THE GUY GETS BLOWN UP. THE CAVE SCENE'S INCREDIBLE. IN CASE YOU HAVEN'T NOTICED, I REALLY LIKE RAMBO 3, IT'S FAST PACED AND LITTERALLY MOVES. THE ACTION IS VERY GOOD AND THERE'S A LOT OF SHOOTING AND EXPLOSIONS FOR YOU GUN FANS. THIS IS THE BEST RAMBO MOVIE. UNFORTUATELY, THERE ARE NO MORE AFTER THIS WONDERFUL CLASSIC. (I WISH THEY DIDN'T MAKE SO MANY DAMN ROCKY MOVIES. THESE ARE MUCH BETTER). IF YOU DON'T OWN THIS MOVIE YOU'RE MISSING OUT ON ONE OF THE GREATEST LIFE EXPERIENCES. THE END CREDIT SONG IS ALSO EXCELLENTG. ENJOY!
