Review: Armageddon was awesome! So what if it wasn't realistic? Not many movies are. This movie was extremely good and I can't wait to see it so I can cry again! The movie was filled with memorable lines~ "I just wanted to feel the power between my legs" that you can't stop repeating! Rent it or buy it today!

Summary: GREAT DIRECTOR, good movie.
Review: About three years ago, I saw a movie called "Bad Boys." I thought it was a great mix between comedy and action, but the thing that caught my attention the most was the directing. The different camera angles, slow motion, and panning shots were spectacular. The same was true for Michael Bay's next movie "The Rock." Which brings me to my review of Armageddon. The movie was your typical summer action movie. BIG, LOUD, and FULL OF SPECIAL EFFECTS. I didn't expect much going in, but I did look forward to Michael Bay's choice of camera angles and slow motion. Michael Bay is the kind of director that gets me to see his movie, even when I'm not interested in the story at all. I rank him up with the likes of John Woo and Brian De Palma. Back to the movie though, it was predictable, fake, but most importantly...FUN! I think everybody needs about two hours to just sit back and be entertained. Who cares what happens to the characters. Have fun watching Steve Buscemi go through different stages of insanity. Notice the irony of having the head of NASA be none other than Billy Bob Thornton(Sling Blade), who actually does a pretty good job. Bottom line...SIT BACK AND ENJOY!

Summary: The best movie ever!
Review: This is the best movie I have ever seen. It's definately an action packed movie, but at the same time a sad movie also. I think that the cast was great and having Bruce Willis and Ben Affleck in it didn't hurt it at all :) I think that Armageddon was even better than Titanic. I'm not saying I didn't love Titanic but I found that Armageddon was better. Even though it's 121 minutes it didn't drag on at all. This is definately the best movie ever made. I cry everytime I watch it. For anyone who hasn't seen this movie. What are you waiting for? Get off the computer and go rent it. You won't regete it. Expecially since Ben Affleck and Bruce Willis are in it!

Summary: Great fast paced action style of the great 80's movies!
Review: This movie reminds me why I enjoy movies so much. There are great special f/x and the movie is well cast. The characters all seem to be lifelike individuals with their own thoughts and motivations. The cinematography was wonderful. Buckheimer knows how to film a movie (check Enemy of the State). The scenes seem sincere and keep moving. Unlike many other movies where the plot takes two hours to build up to a 5 minute ending with lots of talking (Deep Impact, Contact, etc...), Armageddon brought the action to you and kept you entertained. It reminded me of the great 80's movies where the action kept coming (Die Hard, Raiders, etc...) even if some of the plot was a little hard to believe. Overall the plot was immensley easier to believe than most current sci-fi/action movies released now.

Review: This is one of the best movies I have ever seen in my life, and I've seen a whole lot of movies. Armageddon indeed has it all! The actors did a stupendous job in this movie. Great special effects and writing. The humor is absolutely delightful. Just watch it and you'll understand! You will want to see it over and over. It never loses its pizazz! ABSOLUTELY GRAND!

Review: I think you need to put reality on hold and enjoy the workings of true imagination. I know there were some unbelievable parts, but I went for the thrill and not a science lesson.

Review: The special FX were amazing in this movie and will sound terrific in Dolby Digital on DVD. Lame story and cheesy performances! Steve Buscemi is the only thing that saves this movie from being a bomb! He is hilarious from beginnig to end. Great one liners!
