Review: Not as good as the first, but Good.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Almost as good as the first one
Review: Okay, so this wasn't quite as good as the original, it is still a good movie. Like the first movie, you can watch it over and over again and still laugh. Here are the 3 funniest parts, from in my opinion:

1.) When Axel meets Vinnie, and the cigarette guy from the first Beverly Hills Cop is there.(Look at Axel's eyes after he takes his glasses off)

2.) When Axel goes into Inspector Todd's office.("All I smell is your bull sh_t", "Don't think Axel, makes my d_ck itch,"I'm going deep, deep, deep undercover")

3.) When he and Vinnie are in the bar

Summary: The Bep Reviews Beverly Hills Cop 2
Review: the first beverly hills cop movie was a classic, the second one however isn't quite as great. this movie does pack it's fair share of laughs and action but it seems to not have the same style as the first one as well as not having a fresh storyline. it seems to start in the same way as bhc 1, with one of axel's friends getting either hurt or killed and then axel goes to beverly hills to find the killer. after a while though you forgot about the revenger part and get caught up in a whole new storyline and the movie gets better but still doesn't live up to the original.

Summary: This is not funny.
Review: THE SCREENPLAY HAS WRITTEN FOR THIS MOVIE BY LARRY FERGUSON WAS TOO SHALLOW. EVERYONE PLAYS THE PARTS IN A VERY SUPERFISCAL WAY. THERE IS NO HUMOR NOR STYLE TO THE JOKES. IT'S JUST THERE AND IT DOES NOT AMOUNT TOO VERY MUCH, BUT THEN AGAIN EVERY EDDIE MURPHY FILM HAS TURNED OUT TO BE ALL STYLE AND NO SUBSTANCE 9OR HUMOR).

Summary: Style Over Substance
Review: This is a good to fair movie. Eddie murphy reprises his role as Axel Foley a cop who busts drug users. The story to this movie is thin and is a typical sequel. The movie still did well at the box office grossing 153 Million dollars but not as good as the original in 1984. This movie looks more appealing than it has substance to it. If you're looking for a movie on a rainy day rent this one but don't expect to much from it.

Summary: My favorite Beverly Hills Cop
Review: This is the best one. I love it. Every scene in it is great and the language is funny. Murphy is in his best movie ever. Chris Rock has a cameo appearance. Directed by Tony Scott.

Review: This movie is a hilarious sequal to the great first one.I'm just waiting for it to come on DVD it's definetly good enough for it.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: 4.5 Stars Good movie for a sequel, not quite up to the first
Review: This movie opens with a bang, and doesn't let up. It's just not quite as good as the original movie. There are some rather glaring gaps that make the movie not quite as believable.

First, how can there be a series of "Alphabet Crimes" if they've only gotten the letter for the second one.

Second, near the end, it's strange that the first cop cars arrive well in advance of the second, and yet there are no other cops around before the second group arrive.

Eddie Murphy shines bright. His fast talking almost equals the first one. The scene in the garage is classic and ties the two movies together with yet another cast member that were in the first hit.

Paul Reiser is even more obnoxious this time. He just doesn't stop talking. He says "This isn't my office!" which correlates to the first with the locker room scene.

Judge Reinhold, John Ashton, Ronny Cox all return successfully continuing their shining roles. This time we also get treated to Brigitte Nielsen as the tall blonde bombshell. Dean Stockwell stuggles does a decent job as the fairly inept Charles Cain. Allen Garfield joins this movie as the blunt Chief who won't listen to anyone and tells everyone else to "Shut-up" repeatedly. Gilbert Godfried is hilarious as the C.P.A (Certifiable Public Annoyance). He plays a financial advisor in his typical over the top style. Chris Rock stars as a valet trying to figure out how to park a cement truck. Hugh Heffner has a cameo with many of his playmates.

Not as good as the first but ultimately enjoyable. If it weren't for the gaps this would've gotten 5 stars from me.

Summary: i thought this move was the best eddie murphy ever did
Review: This movie was by far the best beverly hills cop in the collection, it is well worth the 2 hours it takes to watch it. Eddie plays an outstanding role in this on, and the plot is a lot better than any other one in the collection.
