Summary: What a Ride
Review: As an adult I watched the first Spy Kids out of curiosity and was pleasantly surprised. I thought I had heard the second one didn't do well at the theater, so I didn't go out of my way to rent it. I happened to catch it on cable the other day. I now am seriously thinking about buying it.I was again impressed with the great story, sets, and special effects. As far as I'm concerned if you have a good cast and they are having fun making a movie it has a decent chance of being entertaining. I think the adults had as much fun as the kids making this one. The movie never takes itself to seriously and that is definitely a good thing. Initially I was watching the movie by myself but after my wife heard me laughing out loud a few times she started watching. She was impressed as well on the movies merits. All I can say is if you want a movie the whole family can enjoy you should seriously consider this one.

Review: I LOVED the first movie, but this was a giant monster of a disappontment! It was silly, contrived, and cartoonish. No plot. Just special effects that were wasted on a movie lacking any substance.

Review: I love this movie! It is better than the first movie! Well girls, Gary Giggles (Matthew O'Leary) is hot. Well anyway, I saw the third movie in theaters and it was even better than this one. These Spy Kids movies just keep on getting better and better!

Summary: Better than the original!
Review: "Spy Kids 2: The Island of Lost Dreams" is a good sequel, much better than the original, including the part where Alan Cumming says "CUT!" really loud and the thumb people fall down. I give it a 5 out of 5.

Summary: A little weaker than the first but just as charming
Review: In the time since Spy Kids the OSS where the parents worked has created a Spy Kids division. Carmen and Juni are part of this but also there are a large number of other kids as well. Carmen and Juni however have a slight rivalry with another pair of brother and sister named Greg and Gilgi. When at an OSS party a dangerouse device known as the transmuker device is stolen and JUni is terminated from the OSS it is up to Carmen and Juni to not only get the device back, but to also find the mysteriouse island that the Bad GUys seemed to dissapear to. This is another intelligently done kids movie, but a little less than the first. In the first the action was well crafted and the jokes were highly effective. THis time around however the jokes were more targeted towards kids and are less likely to appeal to Adults. THis movie is very entertaining just like the first, but to a leeser degree.

Review: This movie stinks!! It has a stupid plot and effects that look like they're from the 50's!! Also, the movie is so cheesy, it attracts rats!! Be safe and see agent cody banks which is much better!!

Review: OK, admit it, the 1st movie stank. But Spy Kids 2 was one of the best movies I have seen! Incredible features, sound effects, wonderful plot! DEFINETLY worth buying!

Summary: The perfect sequel!
Review: This movie goes wonderfully with it's prequel. They match just as well as Toy Story and Toy Story 2. Spy Kids 2 brings back nearly all (if not, all - I can't totally remember) of the beloved original characters. My favorite of these being Fegan Floop, the hilarious "ex" villain from the previous movie that has a charming singing voice and an even more charming appreciation for Carmen and Juni. The story changes for the better, unlike so many other sequels out there that just make you hate the movies. The special effects - mainly the computer-generated monsters and such - aren't the best, but they are convincing. This movie is overall very cute and funny, and the action is great. My sister and I took it apon ourselves to learn both of Floop's songs (the first one from SK 1), even though they're kinda creepy. Plus, the characters are growing (especially the kids!) and they look so much better than they did in the first SK. Alexa Vega is just getting prettier. Great movie, one of my favs along with the original Spy Kids. I can't wait for Spy Kids 3D!

Review: Simply the best Rodriguez really did it this time. This movie is better than James Bond Die Another Day. Seriously its so cool. i really liked the music video at the end. I think every teenager should see this movie.
The story begins when the president's duaghter steals the transmooker device from the president's office. Then she delibrately stays above on the flying joker ride. Two junior agents are called in to bring her down Carmen and Juni but their show off rivals (Gary and Gerdi)also arrive their with their hi tech gear. after the ride scene we once again see them at the party. The president is to name the director of the O.S.S and instaed of Gregorio Cortez (Antonio Banderas)Donagon Giggles the father of Gary and Gerdi is named director. From then the story really unfolds with lots of events happening. From a terrible computer glitch to Carmen and Juni having the Ukata mission. Its a lot of action and comedy.
I wont tell you the story to the whole movie because you have to see it for yourself but i will tell you the end. In the end Gerdi helps the Cortez family by disengaging the real powerful transmooker device and stopping her father from killing Gregorio and the Cortez family including the grand parents of Carmen and Juni are saved. The president's duaghter gives level one badge to Juni but he does not take it. and she fires Donnagon and names Gregorio the director of the O.S.S In the end you really must see this movie and the music video which Alexa Vega sings for the movie.

Review: I enjoyed this movie much more then the first one. There seemed to be much more thought in this one and it was more entertaining. The first was good, but this one is better in my opinion.
