Summary: And some say second was bad?
Review: The worst movie of all trilogy. The second was bad and I thought this one can`t get any worse, I was SO wrong. The two hourse of completely lame action. Action is bad also and borring. Don`t waste your money on this "movie" just watch the second part once more

Summary: disappointing
Review: While I recognize it is difficult to keep the momentum up after the amazing first film, this movie felt slow, full of cliche and some of the dialogue was downright ridiculous. I'm probably the first to pull out a tissue during a good drama, but nothing in this movie moved me. I consider it a bad sign that after following these characters through three films I felt no attachment to them. Despite some great special effects and a few pseudo-horror winces, I have to say I expected better. It's not as lame as Star Wars, hence 2 stars rather than 1, but it definitely did not live up to the promise of its beginnings. I probably would have gotten more out of it if I had left my expectations at home.

Summary: Truly Revolutionary
Review: Fasten your seat belts. My dear God - this closing of the trilogy makes the entire "Star Wars" series look like "Little House On The Prairie". The Wachowski's cram it all in: disparate philosophies, more martial arts, heretical Judeo-Christian legends, Eastern leanings, stunning cinematography, mind-numbing special effects and a raucous, full-blown homage to Hideo Kojima's "Metal Gear Solid".

Definitely a movie I both want and need to see again, for the strong undercurrent of philosophical and spiritual implications has left me a bit dazed. But that's the genius of the filmmakers: if all you want is wicked special effects, a solid plot, lots of action and the obligatory hotties, then you'll come away sated. But as Morpheus said, just how deep does the rabbit hole go? If you choose to dig a little deeper, you'll discover a multitude of hidden meanings and sub-plots.

The Merovingians. Karma. Christ's decension. Causality. King-Fu. On and on and on, and yet the Wachowskis are somehow able to make a cohesive story out of it all.

It seems like everyone's split right down the middle on this one, and quite vociferously. If I look all the way back to Neo hiding his stash in a copy of Baudrillard's "Simulacra and Simulations", nearly everything makes perfect sense:

"The simulacrum is never that which conceals the truth -it is the truth which conceals that there is none."

Summary: Can you say WOW ?
Review: WOW was the only word that came to mind when I saw this movie. Absolutely Breathtaking. Definately worth the money.

Summary: OK
Review: Throughout this whole movie, the only thing i was thinking, was, oh my god, this is the best movie ever. But the ending just BLOWS! I was so disapointed. I mean really, did the other writers and editors even care? Yes, i do say that you should see the movie, but leave ten minutes early.

Summary: Revolutions was nothing Revolutionary
Review: Short and sweet. The philosophy was nill, the story line did not progress, the dialogue was predicatble as was the story itself.

The special effects were lovely, though the battles themselves were without passion, vigor, fear, or anything other than high tech combat.

Trinity stole this movie, her scenes were the only ones of depth and true character. This film was no fault of the actors, it simply was not written to do anything other than end.

Summary: Was it inevitable?
Review: The third and final chapter. But after i saw it, i felt there should be a fourth. Why? Because the third didn't wrap up all the questions everyone has about the matrix, but in fact, created more. Also the lack of time "in the matrix" kicking butt and fighting agents was a factor in the bad column for this movie. I don't want to give too much away, but here it is broken down easily. Beginning-in matrix, neo-middle machine war- end-neo and smith. You barely see neo and trinity in the movie , but instead watch a ton of special FX for an hour and a half in the middle of the movie. The end shall confuse you and leave you wanting to know more, but there is no more, it is inevitable, everything that has a beginning has an end. And this end was too bland for me.

Summary: The Best
Review: I've seen the movie, and I think it's the best Sci-Fi movie that's been done recently. The timing, the pace is perfect, you can feel the tension in the theater. Whatever you like, is there.

Anime, Mechas, Superheroes, Videogames, Cyberpunk, Hard Sci-Fi, religious symbology and philosophical systems. And everything is well orchestrated in a not so long movie, with an excellent musical score.

I personally think "Reloaded/Animatrix" was just the biggest teaser in movie history, "Revolutions" is the real movie.

There will definitely be controversy. Some questions are not clearly answered, but it is trully consistent as a whole.

This movie is a must. The Matrix Has You...

Summary: Will the true fans please stand up.
Review: These five stars are not "just because I liked it" stars. They are "the movie was a story that will be told for years to come" stars.

Hugo Weaving deserves an oscar. ...., you felt his anger in this movie, with every word that came out of his mouth. People say that Keanu Reeves can't act, but I think his acting has gotten better through the years, and that his reputation should just leave him already. Great job on his part. Carrie Ann Moss: outstanding. Laurence Fishkburne: fantastic, even though in this installment, he didn't get much screen time. And last but not least: Jada Pinkett, OMG, she can act her little ... off. Her screen presence was commanding.

Ok, now on to my review, but before that, here's my take on some of the fans. This is more than a movie, it is a story about the Human Condition; lets not forget that. Psuedo-fans are looking for fight scenes every 5 minutes to hold their attention. They get uncomfortable when they see people expressing love, and expressing other aspects of human emotion (pain, guilt, anger and sorrow). This is the guts of it all people! This is the bowels of the movie. We have seen what it is all about. It's not only about being free from machines. No, it's about why we want to be free, and what we are willing to do to get free, and the sacrifices of that freedom, and why we sacrifice: our ability to love. I disagree with what someone said in the movie. It's not just a word. It's what's makes us human.

Great Visuals! I was in awe for a good part of the movie. This movie is intricate. It's not a onetime watcher movie, where you watch it once and understand it all. But you will soon enough. You will understand that the Watchowski brothers did a great job at telling this story. My hat off to them. I don't think they can do it again, even if they wanted to. It's like this story has eclisped all others, and anything else will seem mediocre.
