Summary: It is one of my favorite action films.
Review: Arnold plays his best role yet. It has non stop action and a great plot involving guns, money, kidnapping, and a host of other elements. I would reccomend this movie to anyone who likes action or spy movies.

Summary: Really cool, lotsa fun...
Review: While not the most serious or intellectual of films, True Lies is really just plain fun. You just cant escape the charm and wit of it. Really good special effects, and just a really funny movie, a good cast, just not the highlight of the Cannes Film Festival... This is the kind of movie you buy on a Friday night because you want to relax, and have a hell of a lot of fun.

Summary: A James Cameron film with Tom Arnold. Enough Said.
Review: True Lies is a great example of an action-packed comedy that works. Director James Cameron (Terminator, Aliens, etc.) transformed the wonderfully scripted, complex story of secret agent Harry Tasker (Arnold Schwartzenegger) into an incredible movie experience. By day, Harry saves the world from terrorism and anarchy with his partner Gib (Tom Arnold). By night, he comes home to his loving wife Helen (Jamie Lee Curtis) and tells her of his day...selling computers. (Hence the title. Get it? He's lying, and it's a big lie). This film, which broke the record for most expensive movie ever made (also held by Cameron after T2), is more than worth the money. Tom Arnold is hilarious, and Bill Paxton steals every scene he's in. True Lies deserves every one of its five stars, and it probably deserves another one for Charlton Heston's cameo appearance as Spencer Trilby.

Summary: Good Movie
Review: I am from Sweden and usually do not like American films. This one, though, was extremely to my liking. There was plenty of action and even humor thrown in also. The plot could have used some work but all in all it was good.

Summary: Avoid
Review: What I really did not like about this movie was how it showed people from the Middle East. People from the Middle East were depicted as terrorists who want to blow us up, so we have to kill them first, to protect ourselves. I wish one of the "good guys" in the movie could have been from the Middle East, so that people don't go away from this movie thinking that everyone in the Middle East is a terrorist.

Summary: ONE OF ARNOLD SCHWARTZENNAGER"S BEST TO DATE!!!
Review: TRUE LIES is a great action-adventure flick ARNOLD SCHWARTZENAGGER is awsome as a james bond type character also JAMIE LEE CURTIS is great too wait yill you see some of the situation's her character gets into which I won't say just watch and find out. I thought this was one of JAMES CAMERON'S better films that he's directed all in all don't miss TRUE LIES.

Summary: Last Tango in Armageddon?
Review: Could the S-Man ever have made a duller film? Could Jamie Lee have ever humiliated herself more than here? As for the action, well, as a complete stranger sitting next to me at the theatre where I first saw the movie said half-way through: they need to blow up something. And so, alas, they do. Hint: fast forward the film to the last ten minutes, then watch just that and move on to the night's next feature.

Summary: Extreme action precision, Sexy woman before she grew up.
Review: A fantastically exciting movie. The action scenes are so expertly crafted, it almost makes me wish director James Cameron had made another action movie instead of Titanic.

Also notable because the young actress who plays Arnold's daughter, Eliza Dushku, now plays the sexy and trashy-looking vampire slayer Faith in the hit TV show, Buffy the Vampire Slayer. How fast they grow up!
