Summary: BEST MOVIE I HAVE SEEN
Review: Star wars attack of the clones is the best movie ever!
I like the Jango and Obi-Wan fight the most!

Summary: THE DARK SIDE HAS WON!!
Review: I cannot find one positive thing to say about this film. Except Yoda did a great job in his fight scene.

I only went to see attack of the clones, out of respect for George, for
giving me-us- STAR WARS, THE EMPIRE STRIKE'S BACK AND THE RETURN OF THE JETI. Which were masterpieces! I can only say that I am glad to have been
around when these three episode's hit the screen.

The character's are one dimensional- a cardboard cutout would have been just as good. McGregor, and Jackson tried, but the script kept getting in the way,(what am I saying-there was no script) The film wondered all over the screen with trite dialog you wouldn't expect in a scene of 'Scobby Doo', speaking
of Doo that could sum-up this latest failure of the Star Wars trilogy. I overheard a young man leaving the theater to say" that was totally unacceptable", and I agree!! Save your money, rent one of the first three or stay home and watch
them from your collection, I will from now on as I don't intend to see episode-3

Summary: Great! but not perfect
Review: All right, INGE STUDZINSKI, the dumb name, obviously you can't listen to, he gave himself away, by saying that George Lucas is the worst director ever, his film Star Wars revolutionized the film industry. It changed the way movies were percieved and markeded, and develpoed a whole new vocabulary of special effects. I'm not a Star Wars fanatic, but Star Wars (the original) is the greatest work ever. This INGE STUDZINSKI JUST REVEALED HIMSELF AS A STAR WARS HATER! Now nobody is going to listen to him. This movie AOTC isn't gold, but you can notice the acting gets better as the movie progresses. Anakin looked pretty pissed at the sandpeople when his mother died. If that isn't good acting then I'd like to see some. This movie was better than Spider-man simply because it didn't show the greatest effects in the commercial. Oh yeah Yoda is great! This is better than Episode one and is on the way to crushing it as a box office record holder. See this movie if you haven't already. Episode 3 will be better, possibly the best. Oh before I go, I will explain to the braindead morons that don't know what directing is. Directing is just determining were the camera will be, that's it. You need to know these things then people might listen to you INGE STUDZINSKI.

Summary: Worse Star Wars they ever made
Review: This is the worst movie I have ever seen. The acting was cardboard, and totally [unbelievable]. If you wanna go see a really good action movie in theaters, with really good acting, and hot stars, try Bourne Identity, or Minotity Report, or Spider-Man. Star Wars was terrible.

Summary: it takes a little getting used to
Review: episode 1 was good, I don't undestand why people said t was't. Episode 2 was very different from any other. For one thing Amidala actually smiles, that took me by surprise, but over all it was very good. The grahpics are exceptional, the acting is good and best of all Nsync dies. When you consider this episode it's difficult to look at it alone, it's only a tiny part of a large picture.

Summary: Did you see this film on a digital screen?
Review: Maybe you didn't and that's probably why you think the special effects looked so cheesy. If you saw Episode II on a digital screen, then you could probably appreciate the spectacular special effects more.

I don't understand how everyone can dislike Attack of the Clones so much...God forbid, it's part of freakin' STAR WARS!! It's part of the complete saga - when all movies are finally out on dvd, watch them all in the chronical order and they'll finally start to make more sense to you (*hopefully*).

Episode II was awesome! And trust me, I'm not some Star Wars freak...I just love the movies. They are a work of art. George Lucas is a film genious! I could go on and on raving about Attack of the Clones, but I won't.

Hayden Christensen gives an honest, superb performance as the teenage Anakin Skywalker. He's got all the right facial expressions, right moves, etc., all at the right times. Anakin is a complex character so it would be hard for basically anybody to play him, but Christensen pulls it off well. Natalie Portman's performance improved so much since Episode I...she's almost like a completely different actress! Ewan McGregor and Samuel L. Jackson are great, as always, and Christopher Lee is the ultimate villian - beats out William Defeo by a landslide!

I can't say enough great things about Episode II. The dialouge could've been improved, but then again dialouge never seems to be a strong element in Star Wars. The storyline is great - the end of the Jedi, Anakin and Amidala's forbidden romance blossoms, the beginning of the Clone Wars. And Yoda kicks butt at the end!

In Episode III, we will get to experience the Clone Wars, the birth of Luke and Leia (and probably how the ended up getting separated), Amidala's death, and most importantly, Anakin's turn to the Dark Side and becoming Darth Vader. Remember what they always say...the best is always saved for last! John Williams's original score for Attack of the Clones was also wonderful and fit well in the movie...I especially enjoyed "The Love Theme", it was haunting.

If you love Star Wars, Attack of the Clones is highly recommended. I loved it and I can't wait for the dvd. Seeing how awesome Episode II is makes me incredibly anxious for Episode III! The bad news? It won't be released til 2005!:(

Summary: Hayden Christiansen could'nt act his way out of a paper bag.
Review: Based on Hayden Christiansen's performance, and poor dialogue, I wanted to smack Anakin and tell him to stop being such a whiner. Instead of showing what trials caused Anakin to go to the dark side this movie shows him for a weak willed little sniviler who was destined to go bad. Let's hope for installment three 1. George gets someone else to write the script and 2. Hayden learns how to be a better actor.

Summary: Get a life ney sayers!
Review: I get so sick of hearing people go on and on about how disappointed they are with the new set of movies because somehow their expectations aren't being met.

Yeah, the first three movies hit us all like a ton of bricks, and the plots seemed elegant and sophisticated in comparison, but folks IT'S BECAUSE WE WERE 12 YEARS OLD!

Come on, George Lucas has NEVER led us to believe these films are anything more than a modern effects filled rendition of the old serial matinee movies (yeah the ones they'd slap together every WEEK back in the old studio days to get quarters from kids).

It's all for FUN, and when that's your only expectation then they succeed magnificently.

...

I have no doubt that in Shakespeare's time his later works were considered trite, dull, boring, and paled in comparison to his earlier works, but ya know what, now we consider every word to be classic. I have absolutely no doubt the same will be said for the Star Wars films 500 years from now. So chill out, and enjoy it IN THE NOW!

Summary: Excellent!
Review: Question: how could George Lucas redeem himself after The Phantom Menace? Answer: with Attack of the Clones. This film is excellent! Despite a rubbish title, this is fully cool and enjoyable. What's more, its storyline is actually intricate and interesting, and Anakin's demise into evil is a really interesting character study. And Natalie Portman looks stunning throughout! It should make Episode 3 fascinating to see how Lucas is going to bring things to the state that Episode 4 begins in. 4 stars.

Summary: the force is back in action
Review: Hey I have no idea why all these critics say it stinks. This movie kicked butt. While I admit the acting wasn't perfect but I didn't care. I just wanted the actions which delivers. The first action scene was one of my favorite chase scenes ever. It felt like you were there with the surround sound. The first hour was a little dull but shot back with an interesting plot and then shot forward with several action scenes. Then the ending action scene has been the best ending fight scene since Jedi.I think that these critics don't like it because its too serious well listen up. Anakin starting to go bad is very serious because I think he's cooler than luke.
