Audience
The intended audience for this course includes experienced end users, a novice to moderate level of experience in the installation, support, and troubleshooting of computer networks. A+ certification would be helpful, but not required prior to this course. This course is mapped to the CompTia Network+ certification program and prepares learners for exam N10-002. In addition, the learner should have taken the first part of this series 14181.
