This is the final course in a four-part series on CompTIA's Server+ Certification. This course covers how to plan for disaster recovery. How to plan for redundancy, the concept of fault tolerance and restoration principles are also covered. Finally, recognizing and reporting physical security server room environmental issues are discussed.

Audience
The intended audience for this course is mid-level and upper-level technicians who are responsible for hardware functionality of microcomputers on a more sophisticated level than that of an entry level person. Their experience should include installation, support, and troubleshooting, as well as second level support. In addition, candidates should have 18-24 months of strong hands-on experience with advanced PC hardware. A+ certification prior to Server+ certification is recommended but not required. Additionally, learners should have taken the first three parts of this series (14149-14151). This course maps to CompTIA's Server+ exam SK0-001.
