This curriculum assumes that the learner has worked in a Windows environment in the past and they set out to develop existing knowledge so that the learner can become proficient in the latest Windows. Learners will need a basic knowledge of one or more previous Windows operating systems i.e. Windows 3.1, 3.11, 95, 98, 98SE, 2000, NT or ME.
