This first course in the series introduces Web design concepts, including page layout, usability, navigation, graphics and multimedia. It also teaches the process to follow when developing a Web site, and implementation factors that need to be considered.

Both of these provide a foundational knowledge about Internet networking, servers and clients, design and development, security, and using the Internet for business. This course helps prepare candidates for exam 1D0-420.
