This first course will give current users of Office an overview of the key new features and capabilities of Office 2003. In addition to a broad overview of new capabilities, it specifically focuses on the use of XML as a native file format in Word, Excel, and Access, as well as on the greatly enhanced Outlook interface.

Audience
The audience for the New Features courses is any end-user with basic skills and experience with Office 2000 or Office XP (note, this course will only focus on features new to Office 2003). The audience for the Introduction to Office 2003 courses is end-users new to the Office family of products (or end-users who have not used Office for several generations of the product). Fundamental PC and Windows skills are assumed.
