Summary: Non-Qualified Stock Option (NQSO) Bug!!!
Review: This product should be banned. There is no readily accessible technical support, and I have spent hours online trying to get help. They just don't have the updates available. So I am losing interest on my refund. Don't waste your time or money

Summary: Lost data, paid filing fees and no customer support
Review: Used TT02-Mac last year and everything worked great. However this year is turning into a nightmare. Worked on Fed and State(downloaded from Intuit website)2/1/04. I completed it all by the afternoon with few problems. I made printed copies and then went through the e-file stuff including the payment and waited to check the status after 24 and 48 hours. However when I tried to, the program(on my hard drive and with the disk in) showed no refund amount in the corner as it had when I worked on it and when I told it to resume there was nothing to resume to-everything was gone-Fed and State info. When I contacted the Intuit Support Chat line they couldn't help me because I am on a Mac. I was told to go to turbotaxsupprt.com/mac and that I would be helped there. But there is no Chat line just for Mac problems. I don't mind doing my taxes again but I don't want to be charged twice to send them. A person at the IRS said the software co(Intuit) is the one who charges and collects for the filing. I can't check the status of my filing Fed or State but need to in order to complete the filing. And I can't apply for the rebates without the completed status reports.

What a pain!!!
