Review: How can you complain for under 30 bucks .. Great for outdoor use. NO they are not Klipsch but they are 30 BUCKS. I would recommend they for anyone wanting an inexpensive speaker.

Summary: Customer support is horrible
Review: I bought these speakers and was very happy with the sound. However after a year one stopped working. I figured with a two year warranty, I would contact Audio Source for support. After numerous attempts to customer support, I never got a response back. The company apparenty sells these so cheap they can't hire anybody to help with repairs!!!

Summary: unbelievable value, great sound.
Review: I bought these speakers because of the really low price and ... going on. I was and am still very surprised at the quality and sound from these things! Granted, I am using them as my rear channels in my home theatre, but still they are well built and when I did a seperate test during setup they sounded great. They certainly perform their needed function as rears beautifully. I would recommend these to anyone looking for easy to mount (wall, ceiling, whereever) and quality budget speakers. I have not and will not be using these outdoors, so I can't comment on that aspect of their performance.

Review: I bought these speakers because we were looking to replace the behemoth tower speakers that came with our stereo, but didn't have the money to really get the best. I'll admit that I was a bit daunted by the price -- who knows what you'd get. But after reading the reviews, I just couldn't pass them up.At first, I was very impressed with the sound. After listening to a wider variety of music, I realized that the speakers are good... not great. But, you know, they really are impressive for forty dollars. I'm not an audiophile by any means. I did notice, however, that the sound is a bit "thin." I was hoping for something a bit richer, especially on the bass end. We're going to keep them. They're great for what we need them for and, if we decide to upgrade to better speakers in the future, these will be *perfect* for outdoors.

Review: I bought these speakers for my outdoor back porch. I couldn't believe the quality,considering the price I paid. I was calling people to recommend these speakers the minute, I heard them. These speakers are loud enough to fill up my back porch and my back yard.

Summary: Best bang for your outdoor audio buck
Review: I have a screened in porch pre-wired for outdoor speakers.. putting in a pool and needed a decent set of speakers for that poolside, tiki-bar, parrot-head ambiance. Based on the reviews I read here, I decided to give these a try. I'm very glad I did. OK, we're not talking Bose here, after all, look at the price. On the other hand, I'm fairly picky about sound quality. These little speakers are just a great value. Really nice sound.. seem to be well made.. easy to install. Definitely recommended for background party sound.

Review: I hooked these up to my Dennon flame thrower to an outside B channel.
The sound is as good as you'll get at any cost.
I'm still cautious about decibels though, I just figure there easy to blow. But did go happy boy a few times and they still sound great. I always push my speakers before the warranty's up.

Review: I live in the city and mounted these speakers under the eave of my garage; the sound fills up my small yard area nicely & I'm quite happy with the purchase. The sound quality is very nice for low to mid-volume listening (think dinner party on the patio, suntanning, etc.) Over christmas we even turned them on to listen to Christmas music while hanging decorations and stuff, very festive -- the neighbors loved it! Overall these are pretty good speakers, especially for the low price. The other reviews are accurate with respect to their performance at high volumes -- if you want to really rock out the neighborhood, these may not be for you but overall my family is really very happy with these. My husband complained a little about the mounting brackets being flimsy but I don't see a problem, they've been hanging securely since September!

Review: I purchased these speakers to try out, and they are great, I am going to replace the traditional speakers on the shelf and on the floor and mount these on the wall, out of sight out of mind.
I am so pleased that I am going to order another pair!!!!
