Rating: Summary: IC Verify Version 2.2 Review: This software is in my opinon is over priced and over rated. Our first bad experience came from the licensing of this product. The serial number of our software hadn't been entered into their database so on line activation was not possible and it took repeated calls with 15 minutes or more on hold before that issue was corrected. After the software was finally up and running we discovered that there are only a tiny number of very limited reports and none of these print out the customer's name. When I contacted IC Verify about this issue I was told that if I wanted the customer's name to also print on a daily report that I would need to enter it twice, once in the Customer Name field and again in the comment field. What I was expecting was a fix and what I got was a work around. What's the point in having a Customer name record if you can report on it? We have also found many errors in the manual concerning the operation of the software and when we brought this to the attention of the IC Verify customer support team we received only "we are sorry" and no corrective actions or even promises that there would be any corrections so the next unlucky buyer will not be forced to repeat our mistakes. I was really surprised at this software. I expected a much better product that what I received.
