Yamaha's affordable NS-6395 bookshelf speakers delve deep for an impressive 45 Hz delivery in the bass department, a good deal lower than most bookshelf speakers can go. This speakers employ 8-inch hi-polymer-coated woofers, 4-inch midrange drivers, and .75-inch Ferro-aluminum tweeters. The speakers are magnetically shielded, so they can be placed on a TV or video monitor without degrading the picture. The speakers' grille design and satin grille cloth provide an attractive and acoustically transparent protective cover for the drivers. For power handling, NS-6395s are rated at 70 watts nominal, 140 watts with music.
