Zetafax helps you fax fast, fax on the move, fax for less, and fax on arrival. The Zetafax client has been rewritten to make it even easier to use. The client now has customizable views and splitter windows and supports right mouse-click commands. The new look includes a folder list, which makes it simple to archive received and sent faxes on your local disk or network file servers. A shortcut bar speeds up access to regularly used folders. You can now configure the Zetafax 32-bit client to use any viewer application to view your faxes. Click to view a fax, and Zetafax will launch your preferred image file viewer. There is built-in support for Imaging for Windows from Eastman Software and MailRoom from Simplify. It is straightforward to configure other viewers, too. Using an alternative viewer, you can annotate received faxes before forwarding them (provided the feature is supported within your viewer application). For example, you can add comments to a fax, combine pages from different faxes, or stamp faxes with a received date. It is easier for users to create new coversheets since Zetafax now contains its own coversheet editing program. The new program makes coversheet creation fast and intuitive, allowing you to position text and graphics, such as company logos, as required. Specifying the location and appearance of text fields for the fax server to complete automatically (FaxMerge fields) could not be simpler. Enhanced support for TrueType fonts brings further flexibility to coversheet design, as does the support for non-Western European character sets, including Greek, Russian, and Turkish. The Zetafax client now supports 16 languages: Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Spanish, Swedish, U.K. English, and U.S. English.
