Its seven-inch widescreen (16:9 aspect ratio) LCD comes with a clear protective cover and renders high-contrast images even in outdoor light. RCA has carefully designed this unit for interior car safety and hours of viewing enjoyment for your passengers (not to mention the peace and quiet you'll love). Its lightweight design (approximately 9 pounds) and built-in handle makes it a welcome travel partner, and its offers easy seatbelt pass-through for secure placement in vehicles using standard rear-seat center belts. The unit features a collapsing screen with a "drop-forward" LCD panel. The interior and driver-facing panel cluster are backlit for quick access, but without distraction. All audio/video cables, including headphone jacks, exit the unit conveniently behind the view screen, again preventing terminal plugs from facing toward viewers. The MobileFlex slot-loading disc system and transport are designed to withstand most road vibrations, even during play. The motorized disc-loading slot reduces the threat of dust, dirt, and spills, and the vacuum-load design also eliminates sharp edges and accidental breakage that occur with low-cost CD drawers during travel.
