Summary: Did exactly what they promised
Review: I bought AccuPOS earlier this year and it's been great. I had problems setting it up, but I called support and they helped me right away. They didn't stick me on hold, I didn't have to play with some stupid voice menu, and they got me through the setup in no time. I haven't had any problems since. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs Point of Sale.

Summary: AccuPOS Retail saved me $50,000 in the first year!
Review: I had an hign priced bookkeeper "plugging" in my sales information into QuickBooks everynight by hand. AccuPOS Retail did this so well, I didn't need her services anymore. At the end of the day--boom-all my sales info was in QuickBooks!
This is the slickest interface I have seen. Many say they work with QuickBooks but this product REALLY does. I recommend it to anyone who is tried of being burned by bad POS systems and false claims.

Summary: Terrible Customer Service
Review: I've just begun TRYING to use this software. First registering it has been a pain, now the credit card processing set-up doesn't work.
There is NO documentation other than a few one page synopsis documents.
The 24/7 tech support does not answer the phone past 5:00pm. I don't know what redeeming quality anyone has found with this software...I have yet to find any. After spending a total of $1,300 on this software (pro version and one year tech support), I'm SO unimpressed. Brenda
