Summary: Superb Customer Service and Good Performance
Review: I purchased and downloaded Cyber Sentinel in December 2003. Right away, I ran into a difficult problem. For some reason, Cyber Sentinel would not load and configure properly on my Windows XP. Instead, it popped up little windows with cryptic statements about a "file mapping failure."So why do I still give Cyber Sentinel five stars? I contacted Security Software and received a response within 24 hours. The support team sent patches, debugging software and even called me on the telephone (without being asked to do so--the call was quite a surprise). Finally, after about a week, Cyber Sentinel was up and running. Now that it is working, Cyber Sentinel performs as advertised, blocking access to some pretty nasty stuff. The combination of attentive customer service and good performance makes Cyber Sentinel a bargain.

Review: This product really works, it is the only product I have used that makes me feel confortable leaving my kids alone on the internet. The main reasons are this is the only software I found that monitored for predators and pedophiles when my kids are in chat rooms and IM and it send me an e-mail notification if my kids are being approached by a predator or if they are getting into pornographic material. No home should be without it.
