Review: I bought VideoWave 4 with my Dell Dimension 8200. Don't waste your time or money trying to get this product to work, it won't! Just go to their website FAQs and you'll see the numerous unresolved customer problems. If you want a consumer oriented editing package, buy Pinnacle Studio.

Review: I had VW 4 bundle installed with my Dell 8200. It worked ok, so I thought I'd upgrade to VW5.0. BAD MISTAKE. It doesn't work, doesn't capture video, tons of errors. The web site tells you to go to the FAQ site, where you find tons of people who have had the same problems with no good fixes from the company, and, if you want to call and speak with someone, they let you know they'll charge you 19.95 per call!!! They also have an email form you can fill out, but it's going on day three and there is still no response. Today I bring it back, and recommend no one buys from this company.

Review: Par for the course for Roxio products. Great box, Great list of features, and nothing works as advertised. Wish I worked somewhere else, but dam the pay is good!
