Review: Absolutely worthless software (coaster producing software only). It will even tell you it finalized, and then in the middle of viewing the movie, the copy will quit. I wouldn't use this product if someone paid me considering the expense and time for nothing. OBTW--Getting to the finalize part will take you 3 or 4 coasters. Painful process with no results.

Review: DVD Xcopy fails to copy most DVDs. The worst problem is that the program does not crash until after it starts writing to a blank DVD. Hence it ruins that DVD

Summary: DVD XCopy Platinum review
Review: DVD XCopy Platinum is way for one to make backup DVDs of their own home movies. And I must say that it work 2 out of 3 times for me so far (I made backups of my Goonies and Equilibrium). It is why I gave is 4 stars. Interface is simple and easy. Takes about an hour to make a backup. If the disk is dirty or scratchy the picture may slow down a little bit. I recommend anyone this program for whom would want to make backup copies of their home DVDs.
