Summary: Great product, I'm satisfied
Review: I have had NO PROBLEMS installing and using this software. (I can't help but wonder if some of the negative reviewers have a vested interest in rival companies.) It works a bit differently than the earlier version that came with my CD burner, but the instructions are clear and simple. It also does a lot more than the free version! I bought the software mainly to record from analog sources, but have also used it digital to digital. The "Track Splitter" is a great time saver when recording from old cassettes! So far, Easy CD Creator 5 has delivered everything promised; all I have had to do is follow the directions. I look forward to using it's slide and video functions in the future.

Summary: Useful product with many applications
Review: About a month i bought Roxio's Go Back and it saved my computer so after that success i decided to go ahead and try out Creator 5. just like Go Back it turned out great. They worked together fantastically. I was able to back up my entire hard drive onto CD while Go Back kept my new files backed up. i was also able to put my home movies from my digital camera onto CD which was very helpful in freeing up memory on my computer. Great Product overall and I am impressed with Roxio all together.

Summary: wonderful product
Review: I was impressed with this product the first time i tried it. i bought it about two weeks ago an it has already helped out very much. I was able to transfer much of my hard drive over to CD's and free up a lot of space on my hard disk allowing my computer to run much faster with less errors. I recommend this product and I am planning to purchase Roxio's Go Back very soon as well.

Summary: If you want headaches- buy this!
Review: A waste of time and money from the word "go".Operating system is a mess now (W98)...registry files unacessible...initialization errors...compounded errors. But the biggest error was buying it in the first place. If you're a computer geek with a desire to learn what can go wrong- by all means- go ahead.

Summary: great product, simple to use
Review: I have tried other software like nero or Acid and I've found creator 5 to be the easiest and most efficient to use. It has the most necessary features of all that I have tried. the price is higher than the other brands but it is more than worth it. The direct Cd burning method is very easy and the finish quality is great. I highly recommend this product.

Review: if i could id give it 10 stars....this is a great product, and i was surprised at how well it worked. you know how usually the software the comes with your burner or dvd or somethin like that isnt very good. well totally not the case with this. it works great, me and my friends are always making video cds and watching them on my dvd player its great for footage from parties or surfing...anyways great product and im waiting for a a new version cause im sure it'll be even better.

Review: this product is great and totally easy. it does everything i could want it to do. i tried out others like Nero but they were too confusing with all kinds of other things goin on in the program. my only problem is that i didnt try this one first cause i wasted my money on the others. i definitely recommend this to everyone

Summary: Totally easy and priced wayy too low for what it does
Review: i picked up this software for only... bucks the other day, i think thats like ... dollars off the msrp. anyways i went home installed it and was burning a cd in like 5 minutes. it was really easy, i havent had a chance to try out the other functions yet but i will soon, for the price i say you gotta buy it and use it.

Summary: sweet product, dont believe the bad reviews
Review: I personally use windows 2000 on my computer and when i installed Easy CD Creator 5 i was a little skeptical but it totally worked fine. I'm actually really stoked on the software out of all the burning software ive tried this one is the best and easiest to use. i guess the whole win 2000 thing is suposed to onle be a problem if your like one of the tech nerd people who have all kinds of other nonsense goin on, anyways its a great product and i say if you're lookin for burning software definitely consider Roxio.

Summary: Works well with Windows 98, great for copying LP's to CD's
Review: I bought this program as an upgrade to EasyCD creator that came installed with my computer mainly to copy my LP collection to CD's. So far it works great. I've had a little trouble getting the track splitter to always work, but with some tweaking of the input level and other settings it splits 80-90% of the tracks. The CD label printer is great also.
