EZ Maintenance is a complete, network-ready Windows application designed to schedule, track, maintain, and produce work orders for all maintenance on any type of equipment or vehicle. Able to track costs, hours, and downtime for repairs, it includes over 80 reports and works seamlessly with Microsoft Excel to create specialized reports. Every module for equipment and vehicle maintenance is included for the one price, making EZ Maintenance complete and multiuser ready right out of the box. EZ Maintenance produces individual work orders, with step-by-step instructions and parts required, for all maintenance. Able to product maintenance calendars and complete maintenance histories, as well as numerous other reports, EZ Maintenance shows at a glance all maintenance or service scheduled for any time period selected. The three levels of passwords in EZ Maintenance ensure that only supervisors can approve maintenance performed, or reschedule maintenance not performed when scheduled. Emergency or nonscheduled maintenance can be performed at any time, and when completed is automatically added to the maintenance history. Equipment to be maintained can be bar coded, allowing a maintenance procedure to begin with a simple reading of the bar code. For vehicles, EZ Maintenance tracks both vehicle and driver license information, including license expiration dates, and produces a report showing all expiring licenses 30 days in advance. It also records all driver information, and allows for entry and tracking of all driver incidents.
