Description:

Documents To Go by DataViz allows you to work with word processing and spreadsheet files (like Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel) on your Palm OS handheld. There is no need to format your desktop files especially for the handheld--Documents To Go does this for you. Drag your files into the desktop application, and, the next time that you synchronize, those files will have been moved to the handheld. Handheld files retain formatting, such as bold, italics, underlines, justifications, indentations, automatic bulleting, numbering, and tables.

Documents To Go allows you to synchronize your editing changes with the desktop computer by using the HotSync button. Every time that you synchronize or open the program, Documents To Go will check to make sure that all of your linked files are up to date. If any document has changed, it will be updated automatically. You also can beam your documents to other Palm OS handheld users. If the other handheld user has Documents To Go, a file also can be re-created on the desktop computer.

Documents To Go works on all Palm series, Handspring Visor series, Sony Clie, and IBM WorkPad devices that run Palm OS version 3.0 or higher.
