Summary: THIS CD PLAYER IS ROCKIN
Review: This cd player is the best thing that I have ever ordered online. The sound quality is the best, and it has awesome bass. It is small enough to fit into my pocket when I am walking down the street. It also comes with a car adapter so I can take it anywhere I go. I have read other reviews that the headphones are cheap and they don't look very good. I think that the headphones are decent but if you want the best sound that you could possibly get, you could go out to the store and spend 10 to 15 bucks on some new headphones.

Review: The icy blue color gives it a great look. I like having the volume controle next to the headphones. The only problem that I have with it is that the headphones are a bit fragle. The part that keeps the ear pice in place snapped off on both sides.

Summary: A person who likes music
Review: I am a person who likes music and would like to be able to listen to it!The GPX DISCMAN works fine. I mean extremley well but the head phones are just horrible. All of a sudden while your listening to your favorite piece, the sound, the music will become all scrachy. In my second week with them they broke and now they don't fit on my head! I think that this discman is worth the money but deinetly not the head phones. If your going to bye this then bye a new set of headphones with it. I'd take this advice!

Review: I just got my GPX ice blue cd player! The thing has good looks! And the fact that it comes with a car adapter...it rules! The sound is pretty good...And again- the headphones and the cd player looks sooo nice...But it does look different in the picture on this website..But its okay! Still works gReAt!

Review: The sound quality of this unit is terrible. It distorts the sound, even at very low volumne levels. Anyone who values good sound quality would do well to steer clear of this item.

Summary: GOOD PLAYER CHEAP HEADPHONES
Review: I reallt like the player itself. It looks nice and the quality is excellent. The headphones that come with the unit are rediculous, terrible, and uncomfortable. If you are willing to spend twenty bucks on good headphones additional to the diskamn this is a good system. Another downside is that it does not read all CDR disks.

Summary: cheap plastic headphones broke after about 5 hours.
Review: Headphones made of clear blue plastic (not the ones on the picture) broke after about 5 hours of utilization. Otherwise, unit seems to be working alright, although the anti-shock protection is not 100% pothole-proof (and they are pretty deep in Brooklyn NY) All in all, once again I should not have let myself be hooked by the cheap stuff.

Summary: Lovin' it so far!
Review: I just received my gpx discman and so far it has been working great. However, I agree with all the others who say that the headphones bring down the quality of the player. Since I just received my product yesterday, I'm probably going to go out and buy some other headphones.Aside from the quality of the headphones, they look a little silly too. The CD player looks awesome, I just think the headphones look a little crappy. All these complaints don't sound like I would give it a four, but the main unit, the cd player, works great. The ESP works well. I would recommend this unit if your willing to spend a few extra bux on some new headphones.

Summary: great value?
Review: I was so excited when I first received this CD player. As itlooks on-line here, apart from the dull logo printed on the clear bluecover, the general look was the key made me buy this CD players and also cheap! However, until the moment you find out that you have to switch on EPS function key each time you play the music, and,until you find out the headphone doesn't meet the crisp sound quality the main player provides, you will only be fascinated by its design. I have been using it now for about 3 weeks and the headphone is such a problem and I have been using SONY headphone ever since for a proper Bass sound. Also this blue headphone is very brittle and loose not fitting yout ears consequently losing at least 1/3 of sound you increase. On the other head, if you check your local electronic shops, OK, it will be alot duller than this model, but Sony and Panasonic provides basic CD players at about the same price(with the same or better sound). At least their headphone will never trouble you putting you in real embarrassment. I get annoyed again that I found out today the adaptor doesn't work any longer though the main is alright with AA batteries. Well, after three weeks of trial time and paying that sort of money, I realized that I should have paid a little bit more to buy a definitely better one. They are not just costly, they are worth it. So, consider my experiences before your eyes get distracted by the cool blue design.
