Summary: Good Graphics bad gameplay
Review: First time I played the game I beat the computer 100-21 honest. 15 minute quarters. The graphics are amazing, yet features such as stats through the season or the game is a foreign concept to them. If you want to beat the computer just throw outs. That's all.

Summary: Best value - most fun!
Review: I got this game and I just love it! It is not too easy, actually, it is tough. But therefore it doesn't get boring. The graphics are great, I only have problems with supporting my graphics card so I play it only with software acceleration. But guess what? Still great graphics! And I'm curious about what's going on if I solve this problem. Also, it never crashed while playing. I don't know Madden, but paying twice as much? Not me, as a German I didn't love Football before but now! Also unbeatable: the live comments. Sounding and entertaining.

Summary: Gameplay Over Graphics
Review: I have played Madden 2001 Football more times than I can count. Gameplay is awkward using the keyboard, especially for kicking the football. I have NEVER won a game playing against the computer, no matter which team I play against. You need a crash course in football to figure out the playbook. With NFL Fever 2000 by Microsoft, you have an option called Millen's Call. According to the directions, that option means "the play choices are recommended by color analyst Matt Millen, based on the game situation." In other words, I don't have to scroll through dozens of illustrations I don't understand to pick a play that works. Once you learn which letters to use, using the keyboard to play the game is easy, even for kicking the football. Granted, the graphics aren't as detailed as the Madden Football version, and you don't have options for creating teams and making trades. The low cost of the game, plus the ease of gameplay, more than make up for that. After only playing the game twice, I actually beat my computer opponent!

Summary: Great fun...but not quite perfect
Review: I think the graphics and gameplay of this release from Microsoft(of all companies!), is solid, clean and really quite good. The AI sometimes seems to favor certain players etc., and the color commentary excerpts from Matt Millen are repetitious fodder. But the graphics and replays are good. I pretty much disagree with my fellow Wisconsinite from Madison. Madden is pretty much for elitest snobs...but be that as it may. I recommend this game to anyone who isn't interested in trying to be an owner/manager, (when they may know nothing about the game)...but just wants to have some NFL fun, and not try to put more into a PC game than ought to be there. Try it..hope you enjoy it!

Summary: Evil Empire NFL 2000
Review: I tried the limited demo version that came with my gamers review magazine CD. I was pleasantly surprised that this was actually a Microsoft product. As an old Madden user from several years back, I felt that the Darth Gates and his crew have done a good job with this one. I haven't tried the new Madden, but from what others have said, it's SOSINP.

Summary: The best football game for the new Millenium
Review: Microsoft's NFL Fever 2000 is the best football game ever made. It has recieved Kick-Ass awards, surpassing EA SPORTS' Madden 2000. Although this is the first release, do not buy Madden for its reputition for $40. NFL Fever 2000 defeats Madden in every field- breath-taking graphics, over 500 motion captured animations and actual game sounds. Only drawback- there are no multiplayer options over a LAN or Internet. If you like NFL Blitz, you can change player properties (make them whatever you want), and can just thrash the opponent. Overall, this is the best game for the buck.

Review: NFL Fever 2000 is an awesome NFL simulation with easy gameplay and fun graphics. There is one down side to this video game however; the lacking of releasing and signing free agents. Trade player mode is the closest we have to this, and most other newer NFL video games, such as NFL Quarterback Club '98, '99, and 2000, Madden games, and more include that option. Other than that, the create player mode and the season play modes are all great, providing many different specific attributes. A great NFL game very comparible to Madden and NFL Quarterback Club, only in someways better. Includes commentary from Fox Sports NFL commentators Dick Stockton and Matt Millen.

Summary: NFL Fever 2000
Review: This game is by far the best football game ever. If you want a cheap sports game buy this. It has the best graphics ever, a lot of fun, and this is game is not hard but not easy. So if you are a football fan(who isn't) buy this game.

Summary: This game is so Bad!
Review: This game is just bad. Compared to Madden 2000 (which I would rate a 5)this is a 0.111 rated game but because Madden is such a great game I would rate this a one. And it deserves such a low rating too. the graphics are old school, the gameplay is boring, and the features are just nothing. Beware of this game! Bye.
