Summary: Victorian Mansion
Review: The first of the 3-d puzzles I purchased. I am now addicted. Great graphics, lots of hours of fun. I didn't even get into solving the mystery yet, as I enjoyed putting the puzzle together. Even after I finished the last level, I went back and put the puzzle together again and again. I ordered the Bavarian Castle and working on it now. I will be ordering the Notre Dame soon.

Summary: Notre Dame
Review: The hardest of the Puzz3-d so far. The only I haven't tried is the Orient Express. The clues in this one are harder to find and decifer. Almost missed [a hidden part], and took forever to find the last clue. Great fun and hours of getting lost in Notre Dame. I'm hooked and can't wait to ride on the Orient Express. I hope these games keep coming.

Summary: Highly recommended challenge, but frustrating
Review: The idea here is to give the user a virtual jigsaw puzzle building experience. The puzzle, when completed, is a three-dimensional reconstruction of the Cathedral of Notre Dame in Paris.

In the beginning, the user chooses a difficulty level, which determines how many pieces the puzzle is broken into, as well as how the pieces are laid out on a semi-circular virtual table. Using the cursor and mouse, the user brings the pieces together, sorts them in areas of the table, and gradually constructs the cathedral. Visual clues are available, as well as views of the completed puzzle, from any angle.

The level of difficulty chosen has another effect, in the type of payoff at the end. When the puzzle is completed, the user gets a tour of the cathedral, including historical trivia, on virtual placques, and ghosts, surprises, and a guide. However, the higher the level of difficulty chosen, the more access the user gets in the completed cathedral. More difficulty = more rooms, more secrets, more trivia.

Oh, and by the way, the graphics are truly great here including clarity, color, and resolution, and the sound effects are pretty good, too.

Summary: Superior fun and learn something too...
Review: This is engrosing, stay-up-all-night fun, the way jigsaw puzzles SHOULD be, along with a tremendously interesting historical tour of the Cathedral, some marvelous characters and a few great puzzles thrown in for kicks.

Summary: Not quite as good
Review: This is the last of the puzz 3-d puzzles that are now on the market that I have completed. The puzzle is fantastic and the games on the train are fun. It seems to me however, that the mouse action used to get around the train was a bit slower and harder to use than the other games. Even at that, I had a great time trying to figure out the tiles and prophecies for each passenger. Even though I have finished all four of the games, I still go back and try to put the puzzles together again!

Summary: Never Again
Review: This is the third 3D puzzle I have purchased, only one, Notre Dame Cathedral gave me no problems. All others had errors, crashes(blue screen). Tech support tried but had no answers.I have new computer and all the stuff to run games. So I will never again buy 3D puzzles. I don't know what's wrong,it's a great idea. Notre Dame was fun,but the other two! Maureen Ferrugia unhappy with 3D

Summary: Three Cheers for Wrebbit
Review: This is truly a wonderfully conceived and executed software program for the puzzle lover. From the graphic detail to the historical clips, the whole program is fascinating and great fun. Walking around inside the mansion is a blast (especially for me since I was brought up not to snoop around other people's houses....it's not nice!). I just ordered Notre Dame Cathedral today...then the Bavarian Castle...and the Wrebbit web site is talking about the Orient Express coming out in February 2000. I'm hooked. Other reviewers noted the problem with the trays and that is true. You really have to watch where you're clicking. I also made a mistake when doing level one and had to start the whole puzzle all over again. It turned out to be good training, and I learned to be more careful. If you truly love puzzles you will have a hard time finding anything better than Wrebbit 3D.

Summary: Notre Dame Cathedral Puzz 3-D
Review: This puzzle was challenging in a different way as the assembled sections were not all flat. This made you think differently while matching puzzle pieces. As far as solving the mystery, I'm still working on this one. Highly recomend all Puzz 3-D if you're a puzzle lover.
