Summary: Great Game
Review: This game is so much fun! First the graphics are amazing because you can see the lights on their helmets, their jerseys are great and thier faces are good too. You can do exabition, pratice, franchise and great games. Before the season,you can edit players meaning you can make him better, and you can create a player. You will enjoy this game. Before a game in the season, you can take your players to the pratice field and they would get better. The stadiums great. They have the fans, scorebord, flags and they are like the ones in real life. The only thing you will find in this game is the fans just sit in thier seats and dont stand up when you get a big time play or touchdown. This game will make you sit in your chair for hours. You should get this game because it is a blast!!!!!!!

Summary: Rams 56, Ravens 54
Review: This games looks great, but the AI, at least on the offense, sucks... I can the run shotgun formation, deep outs, roll right and score 56 points on the Ravens. Make some freakin' adjustments on defense A.I.! The Ravens just blitz blitz blitz. They come back and score on long pass plays, no matter if I double team, man, blitz, whatever. It is a matter of who scores first.
It is tough to run of course, even with Marshall F. I do admit that I was going against the Ravens D.

Summary: Best Madden Ever!
Review: This is the best madden game ever! I have played Madden 99 with my friend, but this blows it off the water. The graphics are stunning and they give GCN and XBOX a run for their money. If you like football, the Madden Series, or having a good time, then buy this! The create a team feature, which is new, was very enjoyable.

Review: this is the first ever pc madden game i have played, being a diehard playstation fan, and i was blown away with the graphic quality and the play. my only problem is playing defense, as at times the pc tends to be unstopable, even if i'm playing a poor team, but overall very much worth the money.

Review: This was grat at first because the the players face looks real and once you played it looks so colorful. There is also a thing called fantsy draft. Its where you pick a team and then when the draft begains you get a pick from 1-32. If you get the first pick you should get Randy Moss or Marshall Faulk.

Summary: So Realistic!
Review: Well, as realistic as a video game can be. I've owned Madden 1999, 2000, & 2001, and this one is definitely a huge improvement in many of the key areas. Many of the interfaces have not changed from Madden 2001, but the graphics and the player movements are much more realistic. The only complaint that I have is that they removed the option of creating your own playbook. In this version, they simply added more playbooks, in addition to the playbooks of each coach. It is definitely a great buy, and I can't wait to see what changes they come up with next year. It's impossible to imagine that it can get better.

Summary: Great game terrible AI
Review: Well, Madden 2002 is all in all good but not great. First off the AI stinks, thats it. Everything about the AI is bad, first the game plays out too slow, a 5:00 4 quarters goes out for a long time. Then its impossible to stop the defensive pass plays, there are many consectutive completions in your game. But thats the only gripe I have about this game, the rest is really good. I forgot the commentary stinks, dont have Pat Summeral do the commentary, he is dull and boring, thank god 2003 version has micheals in the game. The rookie difficulity is too easy and the pro diffuclity is too hard. On rookie I won with 49ers 45-14 vs. Saints, it is good to win, but the pro is too difficult, the lions beat me 35-7. Great graphics and real live gamplay but...EA FIX THE AI...... you would probably have 5 stars if you did that

Summary: Better than 2003 edition
Review: Well, the only way I know to start of is by saying this game makes madden 2003 look bad. 2003 was a flunk, it stinks. I dont reccomend you buy it if you like this one. In 2002 the graphics are much better, in 2003 the people look like scrony little dwebs. Also the bad thing is if you have an average pc, you better check the requirement really good. I flunked out because I thought I had a video card and I did'nt! I'll start off by explaining the graphics this might not be true with your pc, so don't take in to a bad subject. I have to play this game at my friends, his pc is loaded with stuff. He has about 7/8 of his pc memory taken up. What I'm going to say is that in the beggining of every game, it's going to lag! always on the first play or kick return for me. Now I have never played this game on my pc, so it might not be true on your pc. Overall the graphics beat any sport game I have ever seen. Now I will talk about getting around in the game. For me this was a biggy. I knew nothing. I could'nt do anything without asking my freind where to go to make a team or save my stuff. Because I was at my friends house we couldnt get the direct booklet. Now that I bought the game I have my own book, I read it every once in a while, but I can't play the game. I can't give you any tips but to read that book if you can't find something. Well I have'nt played online yet, so if you get this game it's up to you to figure it out. Another tiny downpiont is the controls, if you don't like or you are'nt good at knowing where your keys are you might want to buy one of those pc controlers. I would count pionts of for this, but you will eventually get the controls. Now the only thing I do is sometimes I hit S rather than D.(Note: you may not use a mouse on this game, only a special controler or keyboard). Now I'll say the 2nd last thing. The graphics on this game kick madden 2003 to the moon. The thing 2003 has to make up for that is all those little things like mini-camp or making playbooks of your own. Overall I don't see anything wrong with this game also if your making a team you can fill in the places for getting people by going to edit. It will automatically edit your teams players and the atributes. You might want to go back and make them 99 each for everything. You just double click on their name. I also suggest you ask parental permission before going online. The people will probly cuse alot... I mean alot!........hey don't forget, they cuse alot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Last but not least I got one last thing to say before goodbye. Before you do anything go to exibition and then do the teams and go to practice. First when your at practice keep defence off. 2nd, look in your playbook for a running play(It will have green around it). Try to use some skill from the book and run a couple yards, then go to Esc and choose new play. This time choose a passing play(It will be in a purple or blueish color). Then press D to get into pass mode and throw with the letters:S,D,F,R,W. Sometimes certain letters will not be there so learn the plays. graphics:10-10

Summary: madden 2002 is the bomb
Review: when i started my first exhibition game, something about this year's version grabbed me instantly. this version of madden returns the ea sports franchise to its glory. the game is intense and realistic. the graphics are simply mind blowing. everything about this game screams REAL. the gameplay is so fluid and smooth that the simulation grabs you from the beginning and you are grasped by THE GAME. prepare to waste hours away! in regards to the play of the secondary: i think it is true. akili smith ran game on my defense. tony banks, (the backup to TRENT DILFER last year?!?!?!) who is now on the cowboys, looked like the second coming of troy aikman! nevertheless, the game is FUN and addictive. just the look of the game is awesome: linemen have big fat pot bellys! control of the players is smooth and the hits are hard in this digital replication of the NFL. you wont be disappointed! my review in one word: WOW!

Summary: most excelent football game graphics I have ever played
Review: When you first turn on the game you feel the impact of the crowd waiting for you to make that one hard hit. The energy level is phenominal. Instead of a game that can easily be mastered once you learn the ropes, this game is just like the nfl because it takes a while to score. Instead of making the passer go where you want it to go, they take there own route so it is up to you to throw it at the right time. This is plainly one of those games you can never put down because you can never ever say you mastered it.
