Review: What can i say about this game,it has really cool graphics,a good gameplay and a good atmosphere to it.the game has all the qualities of a good game except that it is a little too hard particularly with the alien,its still ok with the colonel and predator.to be honest i wouldnt suggest one buying this game if hes lookin for a good mission game but its for the ones who like hunting,killing all the way.the game in all is not for everyone to buy but only for the ones who like to hold the gun and be told kill everything that comes on the screen

Summary: REALISTIC . . . TOO REALISTIC
Review: When I downloaded the (marine) demo of this game, I was really looking forward to it. I like both the Aliens and Predator movies, so I figured this would be an interesting experience. That being said, here's my breakdown of what this game is like: 1- The graphics are really good--nothing groundbreaking, but good. 2- This game is very realistic. But it's TOO realistic. As a marine, you'll only live for a couple minutes before dying. Armor? Hah. It seemingly doesn't do much. 3-What really makes this game hard is that when you're fighting aliens, the aliens move so blinding FAST that you have to back away from them. Another thing is this: you kill the alien at point blank range and you think you're safe right? Wrong. The dead alien's blood touches you, inflicting damage. 4- The game does get an A for sound effects. The beeping of your "alien indicator", the bursts from your plasma rifle (?), the screams of the aliens. 5- As other people have said, this game is scary. This is not a game for people with heart problems. 6- Some of the weapons are cool, but you have to get to them first. Perish the thought. I played through the demo level like 30 times and I STILL couldn't beat it. How the flamethrower can set the aliens on fire--nice touch. But the range is a bit too short--it's more of a Custer's last stand weapon. 7- As hard as this game is, I didn't find it as hard as Project IGI. 8- To wrap things up, this is a FPS with good graphics, gameplay, and sound, but the one thing that really drags it down is the difficulty.

Summary: AWESOME
Review: When I first heard that this game was in development, I thought that it probably wouldn't live up to it's expectations. Boy was I wrong. This game has it all. You get to choose between 3 differnet species with different abilities, different weapons, and completely different styles of play. The graphics in this game are stunning to say the least. The gameplay ROCKS. The sound is incredible. This game is just an overall God. I would recommend this game to anybody! It's well worth the money!!

Review: Yes, the AI is linear - but that's okay. Learn how to use the Alien special 'weapon' - the retractable mouth - and munch away on cowering tech's. Yep - at first it's a bit creepy, but after a bit, it gets to be fun. Not a game for youngsters - you really do have to enjoy getting 'wet' to enjoy. Not as simplistic as Unreal Tournament - too bad there is not a multiplayer feature.
